I do not recommend Botox from promotions. Unfortunately, it lasted about 2 months. When I came for a check-up after 2 weeks, the lady who performed the procedure was very persistent in trying to convince me to go to another area (also on promotion) and when I refused, she was, to put it mildly, dissatisfied. . I felt like an intruder there. And one more note, dear ladies performing the procedure… I can hear you “talking” about the client🙈.

I recommend it is an understatement. Great clinic. After many years of unsuccessful visits to doctors, Dr. Małgorzata Zięba is a MIRACLE doctor who was the only one who diagnosed me correctly. You can talk to her in the office as if you were a friend – she will understand and if necessary, she will not let you doubt the success of getting pregnant. He can understand a great Panikare like me like no one else.
I am also extremely satisfied with the service provided by every lady at the reception – they will go out of their way to ensure that the patient is admitted, they are cordial and lovely!

Once again, children are running and screaming in the corridor during beauty treatments. Staff? Owners? This is a huge minus, significantly reducing the client’s comfort during a visit to the clinic. If someone wants to relax during this time, this is probably not the place.

We had our first visit today.
Dr. M. Zięba made a huge impression on us, she explained everything step by step and although the visit was based on a program, we felt taken care of from A to Z by the staff of this clinic, we secretly hope that everything will go as we planned and it will work out in the end.

I do not recommend it if someone respects their time. The doctor is either late (first visit) or does not make the scheduled time for subsequent visits. If, as a patient, I arrived late, would the clinic be as understanding as it expected? Perhaps the facility should be equipped with watches with larger digits or training for staff on how to use these devices should be provided.

As for the transplant team (hair transplant), I must admit that I am very satisfied with the service. As a medical person, I would like to emphasize that everything was done professionally. The treatment room was clean and the staff ensured compliance with the rules of asepsis and antisepsis (which is very important!). Additionally, the team was nice, which created a relaxed atmosphere and reduced the patient’s stress. It is known that the results of the procedure may be different in each patient and it is not for me to judge at this time. I received comprehensive information about further proceedings and access to a 24-hour telephone number for transplant patients. I was a bit worried whether I would be able to endure these 8 hours, but it was so pleasant that I really enjoyed my time in the clinic.

After the first TSH test in my life, which was slightly elevated, I was prescribed Euthyrox and sentenced to pharmacology for the rest of my life, without any attempt to modify my diet, further tests, etc. Being a young boy at that time, I uncritically followed the doctor’s instructions, which I regret very much today. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who suspects they have thyroid problems, it’s better to find a doctor who will approach the issue in a holistic way – for me, the only symptom was hair loss.

Prenatal tests were carried out professionally, Dr. Kuka was very thorough and nice.
Staff also very nice.

Initially, I was very satisfied with both the medical care and reception service. However, over time, when there were no effects of the treatment and the cause was unknown, I began to suspect endometriosis. Unfortunately, both Mrs. Małgorzata and Mrs. Maja have no idea about the diagnosis of this disease. Doctor Małgorzata examined me and found no disease. She downplayed my symptoms and recommended symptomatic treatment, i.e. an anti-inflammatory diet. When I asked whether an MRI of the pelvis should be performed, I did not hear an answer. I did the above-mentioned test, which clearly confirmed my fears – advanced endometriosis and adenomyosis. I recommend the clinic provided you do not have endometriosis. We lost a year here.
