my wife and i decided to do ivf internationally, we are from america, and we are so happy that we decided on UR Vista Hermosa. every single person on their staff is kind and welcoming from the front desk to the doctors. we met with several doctors and felt comfortable with each one of them and the international coordinators on the team make it an easy process despite being in a different country and speaking a different language! Claudia was our main point of contact on the international team and she was the best. she was thorough and easily accessible when we had a question and made us feel at ease with the whole process, which can be stressful. UR Vista Hermosa does their best to minimize the stress and make sure you are taken care of.
overall my wife and i highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking ivf treatment and look forward to welcoming our new member of the family in April!

I am so happy with this clinic. The service was excellent and I was fortunate enough to have had my treatment work first time.
I didn’t feel like I was being sold unnecessary tests that can often happen in clinics, in fact, the Doctor actually advised me not to have a test. I felt the treatment was tailor made and I could easily communicate with all staff if I had any questions/concerns. Even though I was seeking treatment from the UK, they made it very straightforward. I would recommend them!

Dr Szlarb is excellent. Matter of fact, and no fluff. The team in UR vista Hermosa are excellent. We felt really well looked after and were successful in getting pregnant

“Disappointing Experience: Lacked Professionalism and Personal Care”
I don’t put zero because it doesn’t allow me, zero professionalism and empathy. They receive you very friendly when you arrive for the first time, but once you pay, everything changes, they do not bother to make an appointment to explain to you when the treatment is missing, you receive an email and that’s it. Everything is very impersonal and cold, zero concern. I don’t. I absolutely recommend, they are commercial 100×100

No type of empathy, the treatment of some of their workers leaves much to be desired.
But pay, you pay, if not the next day they cut off the treatment.
