I am very satisfied with the customer approach. At the first appointment, I was taken by surprise that my Doctor is male, (would not say that it is crucial for me, but I like to know such things in advance) and we did not get along, so after mentioning this I was kindly offered to change a doctor.

I transferred from another clinic where I had 3 unsuccessful IVF cycles. I underwent 4 attempts at this clinic and I was immediately successful! I would like to thank the entire unica team for their super professional and above all human approach. I also thank Dr. Plevák for his excellent work and care during our checks throughout my pregnancy. I can only recommend. Thank you

We wholeheartedly thank the professionals who with seriousness and the utmost professionalism made our most beautiful dream of becoming parents possible, here we found specialists who took care of us following us step by step, a special thank you goes to our coordinator Nicole Zaccaria, a wonderful person who was always kind and helpful, supported us, encouraged us and always gave us positivity.

If you can go, do it at another clinic. After 3 failed attempts it was always PATIENCE MONEY PATIENCE PATIENCE. Nothing else was recommended or done. On the third failed attempt, I had my embryos transferred to another clinic. I had my vacation postponed especially for the transfer. They sent me an invalid prescription, which means the month has passed. The only thing was the doctor was very nice + Ivana and Katharina. After asking several times what else could be checked, I was told that it wasn’t enough of a failed attempt to do anything. Um, sorry, are we in a battlefield? As I said, everything is pink at the beginning then you see the real thing. Only 2 stars, for the only 2 coordinates and doctor during the ultrasound and transfer. Rest coordination poor experience in German.

Wonderful plasma and especially great staff and doctors…

Our 3 attempts were unfortunately unsuccessful (the 2nd due to GEU) but it is a very good clinic with easy access.
In our case, the coordinators spoke French and the exchanges via What’s App were very practical.

It used to be good, the quality has gone down.

I can only say positive things about Unica. Our coordinator is great and responded extremely quickly to inquiries. The consultations with doctors also took place promptly. The doctor was very competent and, after several years at the fertility clinic in Germany, showed us a possible reason for our previous failed attempts. We felt very well looked after.

After various attempts carried out in Italy between the public and private sectors with very poor treatments and results, we entrusted ourselves to this clinic and today we enjoy our wonderful child. My company and I would like to recommend this clinic to everyone, they are prepared, available and extremely professional, you are always followed by a coordinator who speaks perfect Italian and is extremely available to explain anything you have not understood or understood.
