TFP Simply Fertility Chelmsford Clinic

We started our journey with TFP recently as we had a bad experience at the LWC clinic in Brentwood. From the moment we booked our private tour through to booking our consultation. The politeness and knowledge that all the staff has put us at ease as we start our journey. One thing I really like about this clinic is the consultant addressed my interests/needs first, then my partners second. As he stated I am going to be the one going through the treatment and together we create ‘life/the embryo’. We haven’t yet started our treatment as waiting test results, but if you are looking for a private IVF clinic to visit, then this is the place. From blood tests to the procedure – everything is in one place that makes it easier and accessible. This definitely tops all of the others that we have looked at in the Essex area. Everyone I have spoken to so far has made me feel so at ease and reassured. I am extremely nervous about hospitals and this process etc and everyone has been so genuinely understanding and supportive. Rebecca was very patient and helpful when we were discussing the possibility of booking and finding suitable appointment times and the 2 nurses and receptionist I saw on Tuesday were so friendly and welcoming. I am yet to begin my journey with TFP but I signed up to their LGBTQIA+ webinar on Wednesday the 31st of July so that I could understand more about where me and my partner stand regarding starting a family. The speaker was inclusive and informative and I learnt a lot during the webinar! We will definitely be booking in at their Chelmsford branch when we are ready to begin our journey!

Our service has been amazing all the way through! All the staff are warm, welcoming and very friend – we have felt at ease all the way through. It’s an expensive experience, but really feel you are being looked after and only receive the best treatment! Couldn’t recommend highly enough. A special mention to Jo, who is just amazing! Always putting you at ease, making you feel comfortable and great to have a good old chatter with!

Everyone at Simply Fertility are simply fantastic! The consultants, embryologists, nurses and reception staff all guide you through what is a very difficult time. We felt looked after by a very professional team with a very personal bed side manner and could not thank them more.
After 5 years of trying we finally have our little bundle of joy and it is all thanks to everyone at Simply Fertility.

Honestly I don’t no where to start….. words would never describe what you have done for us. After years of trying failed cycles elsewhere, miscarriages, ectopic pregnancy You made me a mummy 🥺 From the day we had our consultation with mr gangooly I was made to feel reassured and that you would try your best to help us achieve our baby. I love you all Mohammed you are just the most amazing person, mark the acupuncturist brilliant, ria Arhh always there any questions I had and reassurance Nicole and all the nurses your all amazing staff. Alesha the embryologist reassuring me when I was struggling during the 2ww telling me I should be positive but all I was thinking what if it doesn’t work please don’t stop trying with me. After an emotional journey we got there April 2022 our miracle was born now we are living our dream with our beautiful boy il always be grateful love jasmine 🥰 simply fertility you are the best

The staff at simply fertility are what made an incredibly difficult journey, that bit more bearable. It took us four attempts at IVF treatment before having my baby girl and the staff at simply were always so kind and supportive through such turmoil.

I would 100% recommend TFP Fertility, Chelmsford. Me and my husband started our fertility journey 2 and a half years ago. We have been treated so well by all of the staff, including receptionists, nurses and consultants.
It has been the hardest journey of our lives but has definitely been made easier by having the best staff with us every step of the way.
I would like to say a special mention to our consultant Mohamed, who was fantastic. I would also like to say another special mention to Sandra. Sandra is absolutely amazing. Friendly, kind, helpful and supportive! Thank you to all at Simply Fertility, Chelmsford.

I have been a patient of Simply since 2015 and have had multiple IVF rounds, and a beautiful child as a result. We have always found the medical care to be very good, BUT this is over shadowed by the terrible administration processes. Paper work gets lost, information is incorrectly recorded and departments (such as payroll and admin) don’t communicate with each other. This has proved to be VERY stressful over the years. We have been told by reception that the clinic is currently three weeks behind with their admin, so we are being bombarded with texts and phone calls while we wait for them to process our paperwork, which has already been lost once. Again, very stressful. The reception team continually apologise and are very polite, but it would make it difficult for me to recommend Simply to someone about to embark on such a emotionally charged journey. This is a shame as we are very fond of the medical staff who have accompanied us through our journey, and we are very grateful for the care they provided us.

We walked into this clinic 5 and a half years ago. From the moment we set foot inside we felt calm, reassured and instantly knew this was where we would begin our fertility journey.
Every single member of the team is kind, always smiling, and go out of their way to ensure you’re looked after at every step of the process.
Without them, our boy (now 4!) wouldn’t be ours and we owe them everything. We have referred countless friends and will be returning for our frozen cycle in the very near future.

I had my egg collection today and I honestly have so much love for each and every member of the team. You all showed so much care and kindness and completely put my mind at ease. I’ve been so happy with every visit. The owner of Simply Fertility Chelmsford should be incredibly proud of their team!
