No one contacted me and they weren’t responding to the email
Why did they let me pay for a consultation that they won’t provide !!!

Unfortunately, we absolutely cannot share the many good reviews. We were in this clinic shortly before the official announcement of the bankruptcy. The first conversation with Mr. dr Although Nouri was very professional and the doctor was very friendly, the process afterwards was a complete disaster!

Specifically, it was about a HyCoSy examination and then about the further treatment plan. At first it was said that Mr. dr Nouri will personally carry out this examination (a different appointment had been chosen here, on which Dr. Nouri was present), ultimately this examination was carried out by a doctor who proved to be absolutely incompetent in social terms. My wife was treated like a piece of meat; they were never addressed.

Due to the significance of the examination, my wife was nervous, which didn’t interest the doctor in the least – only the extremely nice nurse tried to calm my wife down a bit and take away her fears. In the end, my wife wasn’t even dressed when the doctor left the treatment room without a word. No debrief, no check to see if she’s okay, nothing.

During the 15-minute initial consultation, for which you already pay €150, it was said that the treating doctor would be present 20 minutes after the treatment to treat any circulatory problems after the examination and to do a detailed debriefing. The fact is – there was no follow-up discussion as to how to proceed or whether it was going to continue in any way… After several calls, we were fobbed off via email with the phrase that no follow-up discussion was possible because we still had no proof of a notarial act (It has to be said that as a patient you already expect a kind of “roadmap” when you go to such a clinic. The notarial deed is legally necessary when a treatment is carried out, but not for the planning itself or a debriefing! ). So we paid quite a bit of money for an investigation that couldn’t have gone any worse.

Apparently, the staff were already aware of the bankruptcy, so the doctors didn’t even bother to conduct a proper debrief. My wife was treated as if she were a number during the treatment (here again: Dr. Nouri was great in his first consultation, the nurse present also tried very hard to compensate for the rough nature of the doctor who carried out the doctor; the doctor who carried out the examination is an absolute catastrophe and one should bear in mind the situation women find themselves in when they have an examination carried out in such a center – enlightening words and debriefings are simply essential here!

In summary:
Thank God there are much more sensitive clinics and doctors in Vienna, so you can save this center / their branches.

We were very satisfied with Prof. Nouri and his team, they helped us achieve our dream!!! The service and the atmosphere were always pleasant and friendly.

Overall we were very happy with TFP. I have severe PCOS and have been told before that I may never have a child. Thanks to TFP it worked pretty quickly. However, I was not treated by Dr Nouri but by a female doctor. I was there once spontaneously because I didn’t know whether the bleeding I’m having counts as a period and Dr Nouri did an ultrasound, but then he suddenly started explaining the female cycle to me, including pictures, as if I were me a 12-year-old who has no idea about her own body. I felt a bit cheated and I was glad that next time I would have my real doctor again.

Nice team and good care, got pregnant the first time at the age of 41, in contrast to the first attempt in other clinics. We are very happy. Thank you dear TFP team.🥰

We had a very positive and nice experience at TFP Clinic. All the staff is very caring and helpful. They are available by phone 24 hours a day and were very helpful even outside of what was at stake.
Prof. Dr. Above all, Nouri is a great person and a professional as a doctor. Within 4 months we had a puncture and 2 ICSI transfers. The 2nd ISCI transfer was successful. We are very grateful to the entire TFP team for their efforts in making our wish come true.
