Well looked after by all members of staff. Very friendly, helpful and informative. Made to feel comfortable as I was anxious about my egg retrieval surgery. Kept me calm and answered all of my questions.

I called to enquire about possible treatments and, even though we didn’t go ahead with things, I just wanted to say that the lady we spoke to, Sian was her name, was incredibly helpful and so comforting. She informed me of our options and treated me with all the respect and dignity you could hope for. At no point did I feel foolish in my questioning and she was so gracious and kind. A very professional representative of the clinic and a shining light during a difficult and emotional journey. If we change our minds, we will be back with you and asking for Sian again.

Myself and my husband had the most wonderful experience at TFP Belfast. After my first round on NHS failed I was terrified starting it all again but every appointment I attended I felt super comfortable and all the staff were amazing . It always felt like you were part of a family with the amazing care and support given at all times. Thanks to these amazing people I am currently pregnant with our little miracle . We with be forever grateful to the amazing team helping us achieve our dreams of becoming parents . I would highly recommend

Can’t fault Belfast Fertility. They were very professional, sensitive and caring at a time which can be quite emotional and challenging. The level of care is fantastic and that includes everyone reception staff, nurses, radiologists and consultants. You just feel like part of a family.
