Great clinic!

Do not choose this clinic! Our fertility survey has been under all criticism! We have received test results that are upset without explanation, referrals have been forgotten to be sent and all information throughout the investigation has been very deficient. Twice we have been promised a referral for IVF but have not seen the smoke from them or received an explanation. Samples have been shuffled away and it is as if they are not important issues they are working on. So many tears shed during this period that could have been avoided if they had handled everything better. I’ve had to call and remind them about referrals, I’ve had to call and ask for explanations and I’ve had to call and ask them to call my partner. It’s like being the project manager yourself in the whole thing. Hard to get hold of them when you Calls up too. Very unsatisfied and can’t wait until we get a referral so we can change clinics as quickly as possible!
