Im from Norway, 46 years old, and a happy single mum to twins! I have a boy and a girl soon 7 months, thanx to Serum team!
After 4 years of not getting pregnant in Norway (which i thought was good at ivf) Im very happy i ended up at Serum Clinic in Athens. Everyone there is so warm and friendly.
They are very professional, and the clinic and staff is superb!

Five stars is not enough! Our family is complete thanks to Serum and we are forever grateful to Penny and her team for leading us through the past 5 years! Words cannot express enough how much we love this clinic! We flew 7000 miles each way to this clinic from California and we wouldn’t change a thing about our journey. Treatment itself was much more innovative than what is typically offered in the US. Plus the pricing was extremely reasonable and you will simply not find another clinic that nurtures your relationship and values you as a human being like Serum does. Whatever the challenge is the team at Serum will find a solution until you can happily say that your family is complete. Over the past 4 years we welcomed two beautiful healthy children through IVF and had wonderful pregnancies with both thanks to the support at Serum. They are simply an extraordinary group of people. You will not find another clinic on the face of this Earth that will hold your hand through the fertility journey like they do and we are FOREVER grateful.

Serum IVF is superb.
Unfortunately the UK & Ireland clinics are miles behind the Europeans with regards to IVF. This clinic is one of, if not the best. The whole experience was completely different to the one I had in the UK, right from the off set with the very informative and easy to navigate website.

The high quality and efficient service provided from the first point of contact is second to none. Everyone you deal with from reception staff to cleaners and clinical staff in between are friendly and professional. With impeccable English language skills, that helped make the journey so much easier.

The whole clinic service is based around a family friendly environment, with my young daughter made feel welcome and part of the journey to.

The investigations and tests offered for a mere fraction of the cost in the UK, meant you felt that every avenue had been explored.

After some less than pleasant experiences in several ivf clinics I did huge research for clinics outside of Ireland and came upon Serum. Our journey with Serum was not straightforward with one round of treatment ending in a baby. But serum, penny and all the team were kind caring and receptive to all my suggestions. They gave evidence based advice and were willing to try different or adapted protocols. What we appreciated the most about seum was how exceptional the communication was. Our fertility journey was long with harrowing lows but we are currently on an incredible high. 7 months of our beautiful little boy Reuben.

After five years of trying to have a baby we finally had our baby boy with the help of Serum IVF. We would like to express our gratitude to all of the Serum staff who were so helpful with everything from help with travel arrangements, supplying a pick up and drop off to the airport and the emotional support all through out the process.

Serum IVF deserve all the 5 stars.From the airport, the driver was amazing and helpful. The serum apartment was Classy, clean and nice. Definitely staying there again. The receptionists were excellent and kind. People at the clinic were awesome and friendly, everyone of them! Kudos to the team. Well done. I had an excellent service. The space is very modern!! The rooms are very comfortable, neat and clean! I highly recommend it!😊😊

An absolutely amazing clinic. Every single staff member has been caring and made us feel like a priority, from the clinic owner, Penny, the midwives, IVF coordinators, travel department, the doctors, the clinic driver, the embryologists and the housekeeper at Serooms. As complicated as IVF is, they did everything they could to make it a smooth and seamless experience and this helped us to feel like we were in safe hands and in the care of people we could trust. The staff really care and I can’t emphasise enough how important those relationships and care are when you are going through such a difficult time with fertility. It’s made all the difference to our experience and as well as how advanced their knowledge and standards of care are, to me it’s been the care, support and relationships that have made our experience what it was. Their skills and knowledge, level of communication and organisation has been excellent and they really took the stress away from us as much as they possibly could both before we arrived at the clinic, during our time there and since we’ve left.

Serooms are the apartments next to the clinic, which are lovely; such a great space to stay during IVF. The rooms are spacious and gorgeously decorated and they’ve really thought about what you might need in a living space whilst you’re over there. Maria the housekeeper made so much effort to speak to us over google translate and went out of her way to help us and be kind whilst we were there.

Thank you to everyone at the clinic for their care, compassion and their knowledge about how best to help us. Such a wonderful clinic. Thank you for everything, you have changed our lives ♥️

I’m so glad that we went to Serum after 3 times trying to do IVF. I like the fact that Serum did check my cervix to make sure everything is good before doing IVF. Thank you so much Mrs Penny, doctors and the whole team of Serum for making our dream come true. Thank you Mrs Penny for always answering my email so quickly. Serum were amazing from start to finish.
After having 8 failed attempts in the uk I went as a last roll of the dice.

Serums approach to my case was we need to understand why it’s not working rather than , the try again and again or Doner egg approach of the uk clinics.

After taking a trip and having some investigatory treatment I had was given a protocol designed for my body, not the one size fits all I had been given back in the uk.
They got me pregnant first cycle and I’m pleased to say I’ve just given birth to my first baby.
I can’t thank serum enough from the doctors, nurses, reception team , travel team they all went above and beyond to make my treatment and stay in Athens as comfortable and easy as possible.
Really it was worth taking that journey to make all my dreams come true.

I want to thank you immensely for this very important path in my life, at the Serum Clinic where the staff is very welcoming and professional, but in particular a big thank you to the people who followed me, as I decided to trust the entire team, you are true professionals, and hope to return soon😊🤗🥰
