After a long online search, we decided on Pronatal in Teplice.
We really enjoyed it from the initial contact to the discharge from the clinic. The communication is friendly and appreciative, everything was discussed openly. The coordinator accompanied us every step of the way; everyone was friendly and courteous in every situation. Emails are answered quickly.

We decided to have ICSI and, much to our joy, it was successful and we have been the proud parents of twins for a few days. We would like to thank the Pronatal team for fulfilling our greatest wish and heartily recommend the clinic.

Very loving, nice nurses and doctors. Communication is good and everyone is very competent. Our little miracle was born healthy and happy in April 2024… we would like to thank the whole team from the bottom of our hearts.

We were always extremely satisfied with both the treatment and the communication from the clinic. We always felt taken seriously as patients and the clinic fulfilled our greatest wish. We were in Germany for treatment for over a year, and after a few failed attempts we decided to look for another practice.
We contacted Pronatal and got an appointment promptly. They immediately found out what was wrong and why it didn’t work out in Germany. The transfer took place within two months and it worked right after the first attempt. ❤️ Everyone is super friendly, there for you straight away and communication went smoothly. I would advise everyone to take this step into this practice rather than leaving time and nerves in Germany. We had only been to a fertility clinic in Germany and were very disappointed with the services, the empathy, the sensitivity and the bureaucracy, so we looked for an alternative. Due to poor semen quality, getting pregnant naturally is very unlikely and ICSI should be our method of happiness.
During our search, we came to the Pronatal clinics through online research. The specific decision in favor of Pronatal Nord was initially based on the location, as the clinic was best accessible from us (Thuringia). The first communication via email was super uncomplicated, and we then arranged an online Skype appointment with the treating doctor. Here too we had a very good feeling. Our communication and translation supervisor did not change throughout the entire treatment, so we were able to build up a very good level of trust. Accessibility and reactions were always quick and uncomplicated. We were able to carry out the necessary preliminary examinations and regular ultrasounds through our gynecologist in Germany and we provided the relevant information via email. Everything that was necessary here was explained to us in advance in a very understandable way.
We were there three times in total. The first time to collect the medication and fill out the relevant documents/contracts. The hormone therapy then took place entirely in Germany. We stayed in the Czech Republic/Teplitz for almost a week (5 days) for the egg collection and transfer. We personally looked for accommodation in a nearby, quiet place and tried to spend relaxing days there. The egg collection and transfer went smoothly. After a total period of time from the first contact to the transfer, only around 1.5 months passed – in comparison it was 10 months in Germany. After just one attempt via Pronatal Nord, we have finally been able to hold our healthy daughter in our arms since last week and are overjoyed. We also have another 5 polar bears, thanks to cryopreservation. If we have a sibling, we will definitely turn to the professional Pronatal Nord clinic again with confidence. At this point, a big thank you again to the entire clinic team – you are doing an indescribably valuable job!

The partner had a spermiogram here, appalling environment, sticky floor in the other room, warning to the staff that it might not take him long, unpleasant staff, sent elsewhere with a problem. Another pacifier, a super Pronatal promotion, free fertility testing until the end of September 2023 – which is not true, just an advertising trick. No one from the staff will point this out to you, it’s not about the money at all, but about the attitude of the given clinic.

Thank you Thank you very much for the humanity and care in trying to expand our family, which this clinic finally succeeded on the first try. In particular, I would highlight the approach of Dr. Michal Lojka, who was always pleasant, helpful, friendly and gave us good advice. Also to Taras Dovhan, dearest Katka Haderková and the entire Pronatal team. I definitely recommend it to everyone who is having trouble starting a family. The reasons may not always be obvious and a “little” help is enough for great happiness 🙂
