We came to the Parens clinic with a initially diagnosed problem. We made an appointment with Dr. Estera Kłosiewicz for our first visit. The positive energy coming from the Doctor and the quick further diagnosis allowed us to prepare for the first collection. During each treatment, at every stage, we felt taken care of and knew we could count on support. The doctor answers all our questions at any time.
The clinic itself is top notch. The hallmarks of the facility are the very nice ladies at the reception, and then the nurses who always help and very gently take blood or other materials for testing. The embryologist talked to us several times, calmly explaining everything. From the very stage of the procedure, I only remember the nice anesthesiologist who asked me to count down from 10.
Are there delays, yes they do happen, but I know that everyone waiting in line is there for the same thing. I believe that you cannot blame anyone in this matter because each visit is carried out individually. My husband and I never felt that the Doctor was in a hurry, on the contrary, she always asked if we had any questions or comments, so that when we left the office we knew everything about a specific stage of treatment.
We recommend the Parens Center with clear conscience and thank you for helping us make our dream come true.

It’s 9 a.m. and we’re 1.5 hours late!! Every time… kolkhoz!

I’ll add so that no one is surprised… The visit to the urologist was scheduled over the phone. An SMS confirming the visit arrived. Then it turns out that the scheduled appointment does not exist in the system. Reason? You have to prepay and they send an email. But the lady registering didn’t ask for the email and didn’t send it (but she had the phone number saved, so she could have asked). The second lady registering complained to the patient that… unless the email was sent by Parens? (I won’t mention the apology because there was no hint of guilt). For the proposed prices, the service is outstanding.

Unfortunately, my visit to the Parents clinic was very disappointing. The ladies at the reception misled me about the procedures that were to be performed and the doctor’s opening hours. When I tried to explain the situation, I was met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior. Instead of help, I felt ignored and disrespected. It is very frustrating when you are met with such unpleasant service in a place where you are looking for support and understanding. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for professional and empathetic care.
