We had an amazing experience with Dr. Hanna and the whole team of Ovumia Helsinki. Everybody was very caring and helpful and the organisation in the clinic is exceptional. We highly recommend this clinic.

Bad treatment, bad communication, nurses and doctors all talk about different things. Bad way to face customers, rude way to talk. Your wishes will not be accepted let alone listen to what you would like or wish for. Nothing good to say.

Very lazy people! Nobody wants to work. They just drink tea, look at the phone or out the window. During an appointment, the doctor thinks more about his vacation than about the patient. The nurses and secretaries are very rude. Because you, as patients, distract them from reading news on a mobile phone.
I have not experienced such ignorance and humiliation for a long time. And yes, they treat foreigners badly. To them you are just trash.
