A welcoming, well-prepared and very attentive and helpful clinic… it identified the problem and guided us step by step to finally give us the most beautiful joy of life! They ‘also’ speak Italian, the documents are all in Italian too if you are wondering; they are available via text or phone and even from a distance they always followed and cared for us! I thank those who looked after us Violeta and Dr. Martinez but the whole team (embryologist, nurse, receptionist) is friendly and kind! The path is not always a walk in the park but trust the clinic’s experience!

Fatal, I was the first consultation to donate, I had an appointment at 10:30 and I left at 12:20 without seeing me, they didn’t tell me if maybe I wasn’t suitable to donate or anything at all 👎👎

Waste of time, money, they have taken from us what they wanted and more, two young people without any type of problem, they just ordered you to take tests to pay for them and consequently ended our marriage

A ten out of ten, donate with them and you couldn’t be happier with the treatment, education and empathy of the nurses, the reception girls and the gynecologists. They are a sweetheart, I have a good memory just because of the pleasant treatment.

After 9 years of struggling to be parents and after many fertility treatments we decided to go to this clinic because it gave us very good vibes and indeed, Dr. Oscar in the first consultation left us without any doubt that this was going to be our clinic and I can To say that I am 3 months PREGNANT and very happy ❤️ I couldn’t be more grateful for the treatment received and not only because I would get pregnant for everything in general clinic of 10

Beautiful experience. We found out about the clinic via the internet. They immediately proved to be very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information to help us make the decision with complete peace of mind through video calls and WhatsApp messages. They also communicate very well in Italian. Their headquarters is also easily reachable from Italy but it was not necessary to make too many trips. In fact, thanks to their constant support we succeeded on our second attempt. We were also followed after the birth of the baby to check that everything was going well. We thank so much Carmen, Violeta, Dr. Martinez and all the staff.

I wanted to give my most sincere thanks to Ovoclinic, for having achieved (thanks to you!) the illusion that we had been looking for for 5 years.
After having gone through different sites (with more lies than truths in the information given and the treatments suggested), in your clinic we have felt very close to you and the information you have given us from the beginning has always been without ‘make-up’.
Special mention for Laura (patient care) and Dr.Collado; Thank you Oscar, for being clear/concise and presenting things realistically and above all, for having managed to get my wife currently pregnant (week 17).
Recommendation for all those couples who are a little lost in this difficult process of looking for a child – don’t think about it, go to a “pregnancy guarantee” program, otherwise your “time, money and mental health” will be end up very depleted.

I arrived at Ovoclinic Madrid after being in another clinic and having undergone another treatment. From the beginning they were very clear to me and indicated the best treatment to follow since I am 41 years old.
The gynecologist Marisa Lacarcel has been very close and in each review for the treatment she has been explaining everything in detail and with a lot of empathy.
Ines, who is the nurse, has been very attentive every time I had to draw blood so she could do it herself and give me peace of mind since I hate needles.
I have to make a special mention to Ruben Dasi, an embryologist who followed the entire treatment step by step, doing the transfer himself and worrying about the beta-waiting since I caught a flu.
A few days ago they gave me the happy news that I am pregnant, thanks to all the professionals 😉

Our experience has been very good, today I am 12+1 pregnant which fills us with HAPPINESS 🥰. I hope everything goes well and soon we will have our baby in our arms❤

As everywhere there are moments and situations that don’t feel good… we are human people and we make mistakes… READ THE CONTRACTS WELL AND CLEAR ANY DOUBTS AT THE BEGINNING.
One detail that they could have with the patients is to give them a video of the development of that embryo that has made the future parents’ dreams come true. In other clinics they do it… I recommend the clinic to anyone who finds themselves in this difficult situation.

I started the treatments, and the day they took 8 tubes of blood from me (the nurse without gloves) and I mentioned it to the coordinators who are in charge of the process, you casually tell me that I do not follow the procedure because the patient who wanted to remain pregnant did not keep going….
