Very disappointed – we come to a agreement of doing a puppy for a stud fee all was fine then on the day of the planned appointment that had been planned a full week – Joanne changed her mind – all would of been fine with a bit notice but it’s caused a great deal of stress as now we have to be quick and try to find something else – hopefully in the future before agreeing to something be sure of your choice rather than changing minds on the day would of had plenty of time to try do a deal with someone else now it’s very limited and could miss this mating – thanks

Jo is fantastic! Provided us with all the information we needed and was always there when you needed a little extra advice. She’s so kind and friendly and makes you feel at ease. Brilliant, clean and welcoming Clinic. Helping us to go on to have a happy healthy litter of puppies. Highly recommend!
