I had never posted a review, but I think that if it can help a couple with fertility problems, it is necessary 🙂

We couldn’t be happier with the clinic and the entire team. They have been great professionals, friendly, close and always sincere. It is a clinic where you can say I feel at home, I would name them all… from Miguel, Flori, Arancha, Rebeca,,,, but it is the entire team that makes it possible. In our specific case, we had it very difficult but today and after a couple of attempts we can say that we are expecting a beautiful baby and all thanks to the Novafertility team.
Even after the treatment we have had them for everything we have needed.

Ultrasound week 16. Full heat wave and the air conditioning had broken. Without environmental conditions to care for pregnant women.
After a long time of ultrasound (the baby is on her back and that is not the Gine’s responsibility of course), it turns out that the ultrasound erases all the ultrasounds.🤷🏼‍♀️😓🤯.

You go home, sweating, anguished by the heat that you and your partner have been through (impossible conditions), with 3 ultrasounds you rush and run in the last 5 minutes, because the ultrasound has erased the rest, but that is without full payment .

If my work is deleted or damaged in my work, I quote the person again and it is my responsibility.
It seems very unethical to me that the clinic is not responsible for these issues.
I will not return and I do not recommend it.
