Extremely disappointed!

I asked for help based on good reviews. The appointment took place on November 4, the doctor promised to contact me based on the test results on November 7.

I had to remind myself on the 11th. After which the administrator, not the doctor, called me and said that they had lost my biological materials (blood tests). They offered to come to them to retake the tests. Taking into account the fact that I am now taking COCs, which the doctor prescribed for me, the tests will not be informative, but who cares.

P.S: I wonder if other biological materials (sex cells) are also so easily lost in this clinic?

I went to see Midwife Tiina for additional ultrasounds because I was able to find an appointment online easily whenever I had a concern. I was able to find out the gender (plus risk of foetal chromosomal disorders) at 10 weeks of pregnancy which was easy and quick to organise through the clinic (NIPTIFY test).This helped hugely during pregnancy since I could feel reassured straight away and at the same time have access to kind advice and pleasant conversation and would often go to the pharmacy right outside the building when needed. I did so because I was able to find an appointment online easily and could often book in for the same or next day whenever I had a concern about sensations, movement and while trying to turn from breech position. I was also able to find out the gender (plus risk of foetal chromosomal disorders) at 10 weeks of pregnancy which was easy and quick to organise through the clinic (NIPTIFY test).This helped hugely during pregnancy since I could feel reassured straight away and at the same time have access to kind advice and pleasant conversation and could go to the pharmacy right outside the building when needed. Very professional service and I was surprised how quickly the answers to the analyzes came. I definitely recommend to everyone.

Everyone in this clinic are so nice and kind that it is even a bit awkward to accept. But I loved this experience and honestly I wish it would be like that in every hospital. Thank you!
