I don’t understand why so many people have left negative comments here! I personally had a very good experience. After years of infertility, I am now fortunately in the 28th week of pregnancy and am very grateful to this clinic for giving me the chance to experience motherhood.

After 8 long months (much too long!) we have now switched to another clinic because nothing is moving forward, first there are missing results then you always have to wait then my person gets vaccinated even though he didn’t have to 🙁 always difficult to reach someone by phone and always different contacts, a shame for a clinic like this

We also cannot understand the negative reviews: if anyone is familiar with reproductive medicine in Central Europe or worldwide then it is the ‘Nextklinic’ in Bregenz.
The biologists do their work with sensitivity and at the highest medical level. The doctors and the entire team are competent and sensitive. They try very hard to ensure that success comes quickly and the ‘Nextclinic’ is hardly interested in couples having to go in and out there for years and undergo several cycles of stimulation due to lack of success. In addition to all the medical treatments, it also takes perseverance, faith and a little bit of luck…. Thanks to the team for the valuable support and treatments.

The patients are treated very impersonally during all examinations – callous! Many different contacts who don’t know what the person said before. You have to double and triple check EVERYTHING – even the prescriptions – so you don’t end up without important medication, etc.! Invoices are issued even though services were not used. The left hand doesn’t know what the right hand is doing! Absolutely chaotic administration and accounting. Furthermore, this clinic has ZERO goodwill – it’s all about the money not the people! Only the ladies and gentlemen from the laboratory as well as the puncture and transfer team deserve praise. They are very humane, friendly and accommodating. Unfortunately, after all the chaos in this clinic, absolutely no recommendation can be made for anything else!

I am very disappointed with the clinic. I give 0 stars. After 2 consultations with
sweet-talking Dr. Maximilian Murtinger we decided this was the clinic,
wherein
we want to start an in vitro procedure. I am 39 years old,
with low AMH/0.33/,
with a huge vitamin D deficiency and anemia, which were not paid attention to,
hormones normal.
Two days before starting the stimulation, we found out that another doctor
will watch over me. That’s how we ended up in the hands of Dr. Jasmin Okhovat,
who, to our great surprise, is the Deputy Medical Director.
We found this out the hard way. I was prescribed thyroid medication without
I actually have problems with this. Taking blood and testing things they shouldn’t have.
I’m perfectly healthy except for the low AMH and removed tubes.
The stress started even before the stimulation itself.
Due to transfer from one doctor to another doctor and lack of information between them, errors occurred. There were 2 days left until the stimulation started, and despite the negative emotions that created us, we decided to start it,
which was the biggest mistake.
Very strong stimulation, with a swollen abdomen, very strong pains in
ovaries, nervousness, fatigue, depression. Three examinations lasting 2 minutes for 14 days of stimulation, without explaining anything to me. I had to read on the Internet myself,
to have an idea of what and why is happening.Dr Jasmin Okhovat
is an uncommunicative, antipathetic person who absolutely kills
your desire to continue. Followed by a puncture of one egg with subsequent 4 days of pain and bleeding.
We did a transfer of the only blastocyst with good quality, but not perfect.
After the negative result, I stopped all medications and 4 days later I had unbearable abdominal pain
and contractions for 4 hours, during which I had an abortion in the bathroom/opinion of two other specialists/.
They were not late, of course with the bill, in which they were again wrong and charged 650E more. After we requested a meeting, we were told at the door that we should go to a donor egg cell.
I quote the Doctor ‘It’s all statistics’.
If I have even a few eggs of my own, I will fight to the end, and if the doctor is not willing to fight with me, then she is not my doctor.
I asked if I didn’t want a donor egg, but one more stimulation, what would it be? The answer was ‘Same stimulation’. Given that this stimulation had a bad effect on my body and psyche, I ask myself
why not offer other stimulation, with other medications?
The end of our relationship ended here.
We headed to the clinic in Feldkirch. I was made very welcome
positive and willing to fight to the end. After rather weak stimulation,
no swelling, no pain, no depression, control every 2 days,
without mistakes and stress we reached the puncture of 5 eggs.
Puncture without pain and bleeding. Professionals! Three perfect blastocysts.
Transfer of one and I am seven months pregnant and have 2 more frozen blastocysts.

What is my conclusion about Dr.Zech clinic…it’s all business and statistics with no effort.

Highly recommended. We were there for 3 years before!!! With countless attempts in another clinic in Germany without success. You were treated like a number. In Bregenz we were treated nicely, courteously and even like a family from day one. My wife felt comfortable from day one. Lo and behold… my wife is 14 weeks pregnant with a girl. It worked right on the first try.

My gynecologist recommended this clinic to me, but certain comments here made me unsure at first.
So here are my experiences.
I had the initial consultation very quickly, I felt that I was in good hands and my questions were taken seriously and answered. The brochure and leaflets you get were very informative.
Before you can create the therapy plan, you had to test blood values, hormone values, etc. and yes, there is a list of approved laboratories, but I already knew these laboratories from my doctors, so nothing new.
In the beginning there was a lot of paperwork and many documents that you had to send and sign, but everyone was always very friendly and helpful.
When I had questions by email, they often even called me by phone and explained everything to me in great detail.
The therapy plan that you receive afterwards is simple and it says exactly what you should do and when.
You get prescriptions written out and in the clinic they also show you how and where to put the injection. You can then get the medication from the pharmacy opposite.
I had to go to the clinic about 4 times and it was always the same people on site.
The puncture (egg cell retrieval) was also problem-free and the staff was really so friendly that I wasn’t afraid at all.
The next day I was supposed to call the lab to find out if the fertilization of the egg cells worked and the lady on the phone was so warm that I still smile when I think about it.
The transfer (return of the fertilized egg cells) also went as planned and after that you could lie down for a while, you were even covered up. What surprised me a bit was that they didn’t do a blood test, but gave them two pregnancy tests to take at home 14 days later. After the test you should contact them and the further procedure will then be discussed.

Despite my age and endometriosis it worked the first time, now I just hope it keeps going like this.
Still, there is a star deduction.
The costs are really very high, we are from Switzerland and pay for everything ourselves and the prices are Swiss, so nothing with “IVF is cheaper in Austria”.
I once had to wait half an hour for my appointment, but the comfortable armchairs in the waiting room made it bearable.
What only became clear to me later is the many injections, you could have told me more clearly from the beginning that you have to inject every day.
On the day of the transfer, it would have been nice to receive the information not only verbally but also in writing, I asked for it later and received it in writing.
All in all, I felt very comfortable in this clinic and can recommend it. I hope to be able to help with this somewhat detailed review.

Addendum: Full of happiness and pride, I would like to add that I recently got two sweet, identical twin girls. 💕 Thanks to the clinic and the staff, they made my big wish come true.

We can only agree with the negative reviews. Our tip, look for another clinic. Unfortunately, after our 1 year treatment in this clinic we could not take anything positive with us and have to address the following negative aspects:

Unprofessional communication:

– In some cases, nobody can be reached by telephone during the official opening hours.
– E-mails are sometimes only answered after several days.
– Emails are sometimes not answered at all.
– Questions are not answered or only superficially.
– If you do not understand what the doctor says and ask questions, the tone is subtly changed so that you no longer dare to ask.

General:

– The clinic gives strict instructions and does not follow them themselves. Example: It is communicated that the day of ultrasound checks must be adhered to very precisely, but the clinic itself does not exactly adhere to it.
– You are treated by a different doctor each time.
– Previous findings were not read correctly.
– It depends on who is working at the reception whether you have to show your ID or not.
– We had to ask several times for the final documents, otherwise we would probably never have received them.

We would have been glad if someone had warned us a year ago and would DISCOURAGE other people who are considering going to this clinic.

I have to say that this practice was recommended to us, at first we were very critical of the recessions, but my experience always tells me that you should always make up your own mind about everything.

From my point of view, a great team, great doctors, great biologists. We feel super good since day 1. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have children. There are definitely professionals at work here.
They all did their best, of course this is a therapy where you have to be patient and disciplined, even as a patient you have to “work” and do your homework.

Conclusion: now it’s time to wait and pray. Everything else brings nothing.

Very badly organized.
You have to check the documents yourself
During the course of the treatment, the clinic made mistakes again and again and always gave us very little or nothing at all.
I got a bill in my hand right after full anesthesia.
I’ve always had the feeling that the doctors at the hospital don’t read the results.
I have not received an answer to my questions about the item on the invoice for 2 weeks.
In Germany, many of the prescribed medicines cannot be bought because these medicines do not exist. I didn’t get any explanation from the clinic either, except that the other patients do it. How?
With each recipe it is better to go straight to Austria.
Staff on reception is very hopeful but cannot do elementary things. I received my copy of the contract overturned and barely legible.
And things like that about paper are everywhere.
