In 2021 my husband and I started a MAP journey with Dr. Ciampaglia, at the next fertility gynepro clinic. After various attempts, on November 14, 2024, our little miracle named Giacomo came into the world. There are no words or gestures to thank Dr. Ciampaglia first and foremost, who with his professionalism, humanity and kindness gave us the courage to continue without ever giving up. Finally, I would also like to thank all the clinic staff, who have always welcomed us with kindness and availability. Thank you with all my heart.
I can only review this clinic as excellent. Let’s start with the girls who work at the reception, Chiara and Lilia who, with their cheerfulness, put everyone who enters this environment at ease. I was followed by Dr. Ciampaglia, who with his kindness and professionalism immediately gave us hope, always very scrupulous in explaining in detail every test and path we took. I have had the opportunity to hear from many women with problems, and they all talk about the lack of empathy there is around. Those who experience this path often need humanity and I have found it in every single person who works in the clinic. Embryologist, analysis nurse…everyone! So much so that, on my first and only transfer, I managed to make my biggest dream come true, and in July my Alba was born! Thanks Gynepro
“Disappointed by Lack of Empathy and Transparency at This Fertility Center”
When you land in centers like this, it’s because you’re looking for a pregnancy that unfortunately doesn’t happen. Empathy and attention are expected.
They will sell you this center as the best as they use recent technologies such as time lapse in the laboratory. You will be enchanted, especially now that the center is new. It looks fantastic. But remember that appearances are deceiving. They will take money from you, one by one, they started with us with a genetic matching. More than 700 euros. Remember that it is not mandatory to take this exam, they will sell it to you, they will try and 90% of the time they will succeed.
I made a single transfer with them, not by my choice, they know very well what I’m referring to. During the transfer one of the embryologists very coldly told me not to expect positive calls the next day because nothing of the 3 embryos under observation would have survived. Imagine yourself, on a sunbed, during one of the moments that should be of immense joy. Empathy is not for everyone, and dear embryologist, thanks to you I lived the following days in a hellish way, because not only did she have this terrible outcome but she also allowed herself during the call the next day to give advice that didn’t they were due minimally. I don’t know if she is a mother, if she has ever been one or if she wants to become one. I wish you to find a little empathy in your life, to open your heart a little and to count to 10 before speaking. In front of him there are women who fight every day for their dream.
Besides this, have any mistakes been made, new technologies? Lack of attention? The policies that the center applies? You can’t always just blame the patients. Especially if the doctor who follows us has done endless analyses, tests and so on.
Let’s go further, do I communicate the outcome of the transfer by email as written in the letter, replies? ZERO.
Rightly after having paid so many thousand euros, they are all good at disappearing.
In all of this, I have to break the blame for the Doctor who followed me. Scrupulous, positive, optimistic, I’m sorry that she has to work in a context like this that doesn’t belong to her.
For the rest? Go elsewhere.
Spend your money in other centers.

Extreme courtesy and professionalism of all the staff we came into contact with, from the receptionists to the doctors. I would like to mention in particular the nurse Maria Fernanda (Mafe❤️) who helped me deal with the phobia of blood tests (especially in a test like the glycemic curve) with gentleness, extreme professionalism and kindness.
Disappointing Experience Due to Lack of Empathy and Clear Communication
I’m sorry to say that I didn’t have a good experience, zero empathy on the part of Dr. Carotenuto, this doesn’t mean that she isn’t professional, I found the instructions unclear and a bit of confusion during the monitoring of the therapy and that they didn’t remember my situation well. , I didn’t feel well looked after, they probably have too many patients

Our journey has not yet come to an end, unfortunately our pregnancy was interrupted at 10 weeks, but I cannot wait to leave our review, for the entire clinic team but above all for our wonderful Dr. Ciampaglia, who before being an exceptional and scrupulous doctor, he is an incredible person, who does his job with love and dedication, who cares about his patients, with an empathy and delicacy that is out of the ordinary. After a traumatic night in the emergency room, at the visit with him a few hours after we discovered that our baby’s little heart had stopped due to a malformation, he managed with his words, his gestures, to make us feel a bit of comfort in that darkness and cold that we felt and still feel in our hearts. If I still have the courage to continue, it will be not only because of the remaining desire to expand our family, but also because Dr. Ciampaglia believes in it as much as we do, if not even more, because he wants us to hold our rainbow in his arms. I look forward to visits with him to find a bit of serenity and comfort, and that strength that I sometimes feel missing, after losing three little angels. He is always there, even for a simple word of comfort or reassurance. I’m sure the doctor will see us through. And I’m sure that in a few months, I will leave another review and we will have our miracle in our arms, also thanks to him and the whole team, the biologists, geneticists, nurses, secretaries and administration. Each of them contributes to making us never feel like numbers, but like people, who unfortunately suffer but believe in this path.
Thank you very much, finding trust in this “system” again after a previous journey in which we had lost it was not easy. But we are grateful for everything. We will arrive together to rejoice in the arrival of a small, great miracle.

Dr. Falco’s Morphological Ultrasound Exceeded Expectations
I did the morphological ultrasound with Dr. Falco. Few times have I met doctors of a professionalism like his. Ultrasound very accurate, thorough and extremely patient. I will never stop thanking him.

My review went from 1 to 3 stars as I really appreciated the fact that they called me back apologizing for what happened and trying to accommodate me both on times and on the price. The girl who contacted me (whose name unfortunately I don’t remember) was very kind and helpful.

I start by saying that I work in a dealership so I know what it means to be organised, have attention to the customer and professionalism and unfortunately I have to say that I haven’t found any of this here. I made an appointment with Dr. Cognini about a month ago, they contacted me after 10/15 days to move the appointment but I was in a meeting so I asked to be called back later but the person who called me said he would try to move another person and in case he would call me back. I show up 5 minutes early on the day of the appointment, they make me fill out the form and tell me to sit down that I will be called by the doctor as soon as she is free, once seated the doctor comes out for a moment and greets me very cordially, then goes out again but with coat and I hear that he says to the secretaries “then I’ll go and come back”, I waited about 50 minutes and no one came to warn me, I asked for information and was told that the doctor had gone away and that they had tried to contact her but she didn’t answer and they would have said something to me, after 15 minutes the secretary comes to tell me that the doctor had an emergency and had to go to another clinic but in all this she couldn’t tell me when she would be back but probably in afternoon at 2 pm since he had other appointments, to my request to be notified since I had been waiting for an hour, I was told that unfortunately they have many customers to manage and are unable to control everything, they told me that my appointment was been reported to the doctor and therefore they could not do anything about it and when I said that possibly they could have warned the doctor of my arrival since I had literally arrived 10 minutes before the doctor had left I was reiterated that having so many clients to manage it’s impossible to remember everyone’s appointments… they offered me to get stuck between other appointments but honestly given the little consideration received, despite the fact that they spoke highly of the doctor, I prefer to invest my time and my economic resources elsewhere.
Emergencies can happen, but it would be nice to apologize and warn the patient who is in the room waiting.. I wonder if I hadn’t gone to ask for information, would someone have warned me? At this point I also suppose that in reality my appointment was to be moved but it was not done given the call received days before. So in summary: half a day of work lost unnecessarily, a month of lost time and another month will be lost looking for an appointment at other clinics.
