A wonderful extracorporeal center, well equipped with people who give their best. A big thank you to the cleaning staff, the reception staff, the midwives and the nursing staff, the geneticist Aphrodite, Irini and of course to Thanasis Pantelis of our heart who is not only excellent in his field, he is also a psychologist, he has never been that we left dark no matter how difficult the condition was….♡

Far Far and again Faraaaaaa….. They only care about money and nothing else 😔 Extracorporeal for the blind. I don’t know how so many women succeeded there, should I call it luck or more money or do they know better, I don’t know. Big business unfortunately 😔I went for embryo transfer and in the end they froze my eggs. The doctor at first seemed to want to help because he put me in and I passed a committee, I took medicine to have a baby, and on the day of the embryo transfer they told me it wouldn’t happen, it would be frozen 😡 crying, I went in to do egg retrieval because he told me not to lose it time and the treatment I did. And he even told me a year ago that I might not have that many eggs again 🤣🤣🤣 all in all I had 4, 2 progressed and finally a blastocyst happened afterwards and I don’t know maybe I wanted him to help but he didn’t step where he should have his leg as we say. They didn’t do a single blood test, only an ultrasound and that’s what they wanted. So the doctor couldn’t, they did an ultrasound twice for me, colleague. Money is money, but that’s how it is. I don’t know what to do, God bless the doctors because I really don’t know how they do things like this and then they sleep peacefully without your conscience eating you 🙏🏻You’ll tell me you’re writing now… Yes, I had a really bad time psychologically and I don’t want another couple +women to pull themselves together again. The eyes 14 and ask and get 2 and 3 opinions

Not a great experience from side overall. I found the whole interaction with the clinic rather unprofessional. Initially, they had sent twice results for my medical tests to wrong email addresses. These results are private medical data that you need to deal with greater responsibility in my opinion. However the most important disappointment in my case came when I finally got a cycle that seemed promising without any cysts and many follicles and I could start with the ivf treatment, it took the clinic 12 days to match me to a coordinator. Obviously that cycle was gone… losing time like this for women at my age is not affordable and I had been in clinics in the past that are way more on it in terms of response times and recognise how important it is to react fast to positive promising cycles. The next month I just went through with the treatment because I had already initiated the payment with the clinic but I knew I had very small chances in getting anything out of it… I do not know if my case was unique and other patients have better experiences but for me was a negative experience overall.

It was a very beautiful experience. My doctor, Mr. Pantelis, made me feel like I was his only patient! Very knowledgeable with a great attitude. The embryologists kept me updated and our collaboration was flawless. The midwives and reception staff were all kind and always there for me and cheered me up during a pretty stressful time. The environment is pleasant and spotlessly clean. Overall I am completely satisfied and feel very lucky to have turned to such a high standard unit and highly recommend it.

In a few words, I would like to say a big thank you to Dr. Pantelis Athanassios, who from the first moment gave us nothing but courage and strength for all that we were going through as a couple. He welcomed us to the clinic with open arms, unbuttoned us, relaxed us straight away. Great person nothing else.
Also to thank all the girls, (Secretaries, Nurses, Midwives, all together) for what they did for us and for treating us perfectly.
Doctor keep up your work, we just entered the fifth month and everything is going well.
