Be careful before treatment with Dr. Knüffermann. She is rude and rude and in my opinion absolutely unsuitable as a doctor. She made a gross misjudgment with my girlfriend and me, so that I was severely overstimulated. Because of this misjudgment, I had so many health problems 6-9 months after the stimulation that 2/3 of my hair fell out was the least of my problems.

The practice staff and the other doctors are very friendly

After an unsuccessful and devastating year, we moved from another clinic in Bonn to the MVZ and saw Dr. Gördes in treatment. It worked right the first time after changing and tweaking a few things.
Our miracle has been with us since August 12th and that wouldn’t be possible without the support and positive nature of Dr. Gördes was not possible.
We are very grateful to her and can recommend the clinic without reservation.

I have been treated like a dear guest here for years, from the reception to the blood draw to the actual examination. My medical history is complex. The woman Dr. Kühr is super nice, appears empathetic and takes a lot of time at every appointment and always seems to be up to date with the latest medical developments. She always shows possible alternatives for treatment in a very understandable way. So I feel like I’m receiving top advice, I understand what’s happening to me and I’m not as overwhelmed as I was before with other doctors. I even feel like I can have a say. I’ve never had to wait really long. And if so, it is sometimes the case in practices that a doctor ends up in the operating room longer than planned! There is also a very nice, feminine atmosphere. And if you are ever afraid of an examination, you will also be welcomed very kindly. Thank you, dear practice team 🫶🏻.

We have been receiving treatment here for about a year. For Dr. Gördes is so sensitive, you have the feeling that she is really rooting for you! She takes concerns and questions seriously and you always feel like you are in good hands!
We have only had good experiences with the other doctors in the practice.
The MFAs are all always friendly and accommodating.
Of course everyone has different experiences or perceives things differently, but I really don’t understand the bad comments here!
Even if the desire to have children and the whole treatment is really stressful, I always enjoy coming here and feel cared for and taken seriously! I would recommend the KIWU Clinic to everyone in my area!

I had the impression that it was more about making money from patients instead of taking the problem seriously and really wanting to help. As is so often the case in the German medical landscape.
No recommendation, especially what Dr. Kühr is concerned. If competence, the good will to genuinely want to help and empathy are not present, then even a seemingly friendly smile cannot make up for this. Don’t let it blind you, listen carefully.
