An irresponsible nurse led to a negative result of the IVF. They denied the negligence and now disputing with the Health Complaints Commissioner, and may follow up with a potential legal suit. NOT recommended!!!!

Dr. Melissa Cameron and her team of nurses have been nothing but given me exceptional service throughout my pregnancy journey.

Even when at one stage I had fallen pregnant naturally which had resulted in a miscarriage, I was able to email and call them for support and guidance which I am forever grateful for.
I continued to resume my journey with an embryo transfer which I am currently 34 weeks pregnant 🙂 !
I would recommend Dr.Melissa Cameron and her team for anyone who’s wanting a genuine and compassionate team.

Admin very difficult to get in contact with and I could not get a straight answer about what happens next in my journey to look into my fertility. Seemed they were only interested in booking in a test – which they charge for but will need to be interpreted by your GP. I found the team member I spoke with to be condescending and pushy with no willingness to explain further or put me in touch with someone who would.

Very very very very bad experience with Melbourne ivf .Its just shop for making money. We had very bad experience with the lab. They don’t have proper equipment or guidance to assess the infertility reason. We had two ivf cycles with them both are failure and they don’t explain what is the reason behind this failure. Not recommended for any ivf difficult situation.â˜č if there’s any option no star then I’ll definitely do that.

“Grateful for the Exceptional IVF Care from Dr. Cameron and Her Team”

I found most of these negative comments here relatable until we moved over to the team at suite 3. Through trial and error with a different doctor at this clinic, we went under the care of Dr Cameron and her team. If you are looking for consistent and professional care throughout the navigation of IVF, these guys have it all.
It almost felt like they work in isolation to the rest of MIVF, and they do a fantastic job!!
To Melissa Cameron and every single member of the Nursing team, thank you from the very depths of our hearts.

“Convenient Services for Travelers, Despite Some Parking Hassles”

The fact that you can just walk in for services is pretty amazing, especially when you are traveling. I would have taken 1 star down for the problematic parking setup and it’s paid too, hard to find as the indications are not very prominent. But still nothing too hard to manage. Didn’t take us long to get things done.

“Reflecting on My Disappointing Experience with MIVF: A Cautionary Tale”

For anyone considering booking with MIVF please read all the 1 star reviews before making your decision! I relate to all the negative reviews about this company and will definitely be continuing my fertility journey with another health service going forward.

I had such an awful experience overall, particularly with my doctor and the administration system.

The company is an administrative mess and I found it extremely difficult to navigate. Many parts of the services are split up and I felt a lot of confusion about who to contact about specific things. The doctor assumed the nurses were communicating vital information to me, and the nurses must have assumed the doctor was doing the same because I wasn’t informed about many aspects of my treatment and was left trying to navigate it without much guidance. Every time you send an email to a nurse you get a completely new person replying to your query or question and have to re-explain what you need or want. I was constantly feeling overwhelmed throughout the whole process and given the mess of the administration system, I struggled to know who to turn to when I had questions. The last email I received from the admin team was addressed to the wrong clients (which is a complete breach of confidentiality) and had “xx” still in place for dates they were meant to inform me of. It also had completely wrong information for what I had asked. Obviously someone has copied and pasted a previous email and not taken the time to personalise a response or proofread. I had multiple instances of this throughout my time with MIVF.

My doctor is moving on from the clinic so I won’t mention who he is but I had an awful experience with him too. He was condescending towards me and I felt unheard and not handled with respect. He had put me on a higher dose of medication than “usual” and only informed me after the procedure was completed. The doctor, pharmacist’s and nurses all failed to discuss this with me. This had an obvious impact on my mental and physical health and I wasn’t offered any counselling or mental health support.

I am a healthcare worker myself and have worked in many different settings so have experience with what is considered a professional or poor health experience. I expected a lot more from a service working in such a sensitive space and with people who are on medications that have a great impact on their health.

Grateful for Dr. Ross and Dr. Cameron’s Support During My IVF Journey

Excellent experiences with Dr Vanessa Ross and Dr Melissa Cameron, and the whole team in Suite 3 at East Melbourne. I’m now 24 weeks pregnant and so grateful for the help and support throughout our IVF journey.

“Dr. Lantsberg and His Team Provided Exceptional Care and Expertise”

Cannot express the talent Dr Daniel Lantsberg & his team have they are all so kind, friendly, caring, understanding.
With his expertise we successfully had 3 egg retrievals.
And the aftercare of nursing staff was exceptional.
