We would highly recommend this clinic. All of the staff are amazing and the care we received was amazing. We welcomed our baby in May and cannot Thankyou you all enough. IVF and trying to conceive is stressful but with the support we received it made the journey a lot easier.

Thank you

Great support during my egg donation today. It was my first time under a sedative and I was nervous but the team made me feel perfectly at ease and were patient and professional at every step of the way.

I still have a long way to go with my pregnancy but I cannot speak highly enough about the treatment I have received from Dr Sfakianakis and the team at London’s Womens Clinic. From the intial Open Day to my first round of IUI, I have felt very well looked after and all my questions have been answered. The Salve App is extremely useful and helps you keep up to date with the team along the journey. Would highly recommend to anyone considering fertility treatment.

The Harley Street LWC is lovely with very friendly staff. My wife and I have just completed our treatment with them. Dr Gill was very attentive and listened to all our concerns and questions. She always provided very helpful advice. Our patient coordinator, Ana-Maria was great too, always addressed our concerns promptly.

My experience with lack of organization and communication led to early miscarriage.

Unorganized and no cooperation between people. Everything you agreed and confirmed with one person another asked about again.
They also didn’t choose best quality embryo for transfer despite available ones, which resulted in early miscarriage.

Disappointing communication and high costs at LWC clinic causing delays in treatment – a cautionary review

So far the communication from this place has been abysmal. Our coordinator Maria takes days to respond (if at all) and multiple chases are required to get an answer. Owing to her tardiness, we have likely missed the opportunity to start treatment this cycle meaning a whole month of delays. Further, the costs quoted are approx double what we were expecting for a single cycle (over £14k) and although I requested a call last Wednesday to discuss, this has yet to happen. We had originally picked LWC from the three that we paid for consultations with (even though they were by far the most expensive) because we assumed this would gain us a much better level of service. This absolutely has not been the case and as we have already missed the window for this cycle, we are reassessing whether to trust LWC with such an important part of our lives at all. Avoid.

Poor communication and scheduling at fertility clinic causes frustration – requested IUI but given IVF appointment one month later

I wrote in the documents that I wanted IUI, and I also told them in the email to make the reservation.
However, even though it took 18 hours from Japan, there was no explanation of the size of the growing eggs after scanning to confirm the number of follicles for IVF according to the manual. It was very unpleasant.
Moreover, the exchange of e-mails at the time of reservation was very unfriendly and only sent the format.
Even though I told them about my schedule to go to England, when I actually went to the clinic, they took an IVF scan and said that the consultation would be one month later.
IUI!

I have requested the results of the blood test I took on April 25 about three times, but they have not arrived yet.
Returning home on Sunday.
I paid £430 and this clinic is rude.
I confirmed through the interpreter at the reception that the results of the blood test can be obtained in 3 to 4 days.
It’s too funny to pay money and not get results.

This clinic will contact you only when you enter this review.

I asked the nurse team by email, but I didn’t receive a message for more than a week.

However, it is not a reply from the email I sent in advance.

England has a long history of fertility treatment, and I thought that compliance was solid, but compared to the fertility treatment I received in Japan, this clinic was overwhelmingly unfriendly and dishonest.

It’s a pity because he was really kind to me 6 years ago when I had my first child…

It must have gotten bigger.

Specifically, the reservation staff, nurses, and doctors do not cooperate, and each responds according to the manual.

Since it is a vertically divided organization, there is no horizontal connection, and what you consulted at the time of reservation is left unattended.

Specifically, when I consulted on March 22nd, they responded according to the manual, without answering whether they could do it or not.

I received a kind response in 2017 and 2022, so even if I told them that it would be the same as the reservation for 2022, they would not give me the same response.

I think something happened in the last few years.

I spent more than 6,000 pounds on hotel charges, air tickets, and interpreter maintenance costs for this visit to the UK, but it was all wasted.

I definitely do not recommend it for those who find it difficult to follow the schedule according to the clinic’s manual.

If you have a job or come from overseas, you will be uncomfortable at the reservation stage.
I would recommend another clinic.

As someone who runs a company, I think that supporters should be hired when subordinates are inexperienced in their growth.

By the way, this incident made me hate England.

My brother from the same donor also decided to give up considering cooperation with the London Spambank.

My child has been singled out by this clinic.

Of course, my child is the only treasure in my life.

However, we cannot ignore the cooperation between clinics and donor banks.

When using a donor bank, I felt that the donor bank should also be versatile.

Also, the breakdown of 430 pounds includes the consultation fee, but is it the same amount as the cancellation? ?

I no longer have a sense of distrust.

I only got a reply when I posted it here, so I’ll write it here.

I think that the inability to cooperate within an organization is fatal because there is no chance for follow-up.
