In this day of post Covid substandard service delivery exuses I wanted to share the most surprisingly best experience in progesterone testing in my last 14 years of breeding. I have not AI’d in 6 years so I did the usual initial baseline progesterone testing with my regular vet on Monday- paid £54 for “same day” results…got them 30 hours later and still had to call to chase. Went to Steve at K-9 and was able to walk in on Wed no appt and have results in 35 min @ £30. He accessed the vein like a magician and Kit never flinched. Repeat Fri and today (Sat). Same great care and professionalism today from Debbie. Clinic was immaculate every visit. I am using frozen semen for TCI so timing is imperative . Steve was even prepared to come in on Sunday if I needed another level. Amazing. Can’t thank Steve and his team enough.

Many Frenchies and other distorted breeds cannot even give birth naturally. Why breed from such dogs ? Horrible.

This was the first time I’d ever had a female dog so didn’t know what to expect when breeding her, the guys here are absolutely fabulous and helped me and my mum through the process of what will happen. Even after the puppies were born they gave advice. Can’t recommend them enough genuine, nice people and made me feel at ease with everything.

Sorry slow leaving a review, only been using K9 around 2 years😂 better late than never! Excellent, reliable, professional, courteous, clean and, independent service with a warm welcoming and knowledgable approach. NEVER failed to meet our service demands even out of hours and weekends! Can’t ask for any more!!

Not only is the clinic absolutely spotless and at the highest level of professionalism Stacey and Steven are not only welcoming but are more than happy to help with any queries, worries or stresses.
From my girl having her first progestrone test to her going in to have her section I felt I had there support every step of the way.
Will highly recommend them to every one and anyone and I look forward to working with them both again in the future.

This fertility clinic provides the best service around. Husband and Wife team both supported us helping every step of the way, before, during and after my Dogs pregnancy. Always at the end of the phone when I needed them too. Very friendly and professional.
The Clinic is spotless also.
