We had a fantastic experience with Dr. Jaya Parikh. I was very nervous going into the fertility journey but Dr. Jaya put me at ease and made me very comfortable, explained the process thoroughly and put down all the options for us. She was encouraging, always smiling, empathetic, extremely compassionate and kind. She also tailors the treatment to individual needs and circumstances for the best individual results rather than a one size fits all approach. I have only positive things to say about Dr. Jaya felt I was in safe and expert hands under her care. The staff at Lister was also extremely caring, supportive, friendly and empathetic including the nurses, sonographers and the entire team. I would highly recommend Lister and Dr. Jaya to anyone wanting to start their fertility journey.

Appointments are not punctual, either ones with doctor or with nurse

I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Mohamed Khalil and his incredible team. From start to finish, our IVF journey was absolutely seamless. Dr. Khalil made us feel supported every step of the way, with his expertise and compassionate care shining through at every visit. The entire process was smooth, stress-free, and, most importantly, successful! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or outcome. Highly recommend!

I had generally good experience with Lister Fertility Clinic. I had egg sharing with them.
The team seemed really friendly. I am not white and British so i am used to be treated really poorly in the UK. But the employees in this hospital were completely different. I felt like in a normal country haha. I guess it is also because the team is very diverse.
It seemed they knew what they were doing, I am pregnant now (first try).
I liked the videos / tutorials they make people complete before they start.
There were some minor issues the main one probably that there are some additional costs for some drugs and tests / drugs and tests when you get pregnant. I think they could be more transparent about that. The nurses were sometimes very nice and lowered the cost.
I also did not really see any doctors, basically only nursers and sonographers which felt a little weird.
Also, they should probably mention how many tests and examinations the process includes. I kind of knew, but kind of (it was a lot).

Bit of mixed feelings. The sweet part is that: the rooms are generous (although sadly easy to be lost in the building), the staff is warm, welcoming, nice and friendly and the doctors work really quickly. The bitter part is that: at the second instance they try to overcharge so you gotta be on your toes all the time… The first one took over a month to get corrected, and now just raised the second overchanging complaint. If you experience this make sure you have everything in writing and if you provide them with these evidences I am sure the issue gets easier to be resolved. But still, it is very annoying they do this…

Working to grab the money. Of course no one can predict results but they are not reliable. Stay away from Dr Faris. Receptionists are grumpy too.

Fantastic experience: a lovely, warm, caring and professional team I would recommend to anyone seeking fertility advice.

We had treatment here for a year and a half, and got very close with the caring nurses and dr’s. They made the whole experience lighter to carry, offering encouraging smiles and positivity along the way. We’re expecting a little girl now and couldn’t be more excited and grateful. Would especially like to thank Dr Thum and Liz the sonographer.

I have had two failed rounds at previous clinics and wanted to find a clinic which specialised in low amh. I decided to enrol with Lister fertility clinic, under Dr Parikh’s care and I have not looked back. She is a fantastic Dr and has tailored my protocol to my individual needs, is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and produces fantastic results. I would 100% recommend Lister and Dr Parikh. All staff here are friendly, approachable and supportive including Dr’s, nurses, sonographers and reception. The embryology team are fantastic and called with timely updates on my embryos. Thank you Lister for all that you do!

We cannot thank James Nicopoullos and the team at Lister Fertility Clinic enough for their amazing care and support throughout our treatment. The consultants, nurses, clinical and admin teams couldn’t be more helpful and thanks to them, and our incredible Consultant Raef Faris, we have our beautiful daughter. They’ve made our dreams come true and we wouldn’t hesitate to go back there if we ever needed to. Thank you all so much.

The sonographers are amazing here! They’re quick, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. We had treatment here for over 4 years with a poor prognosis, our son is now 7 months old and is simply gorgeous. Thank you to everyone at this clinic including the embryologists who have a very stressful job and the consultants – I nearly walked because my only embryo was poor quality, thank goodness I went ahead with the ET xx

We cannot thank the Lister enough for everything they have done for us. The level of support provided by all staff was above and beyond but we would particularly like to express our thanks to Raef Faris and his team as well as the wonderful Kerry and Liz who took such care scanning and looking after me throughout treatment.

The Lister clinic is AMAZING , I had been to two other Fertility clinics before I went to Lister, and I regret not going to Lister straight away. I have stage 4 endometriosis, scoliosis and fibramyalgia, and lister knew exactly hownto handel my case, and give me all the information as to what i can expect to happen, and how things would progress with my sistuation. The staff at Lister actually talk to you, and not at you, they are there for you 24/7 no matter the time, day or the problme. They are extremely paitent focused and beyond professional, aswell as personal and friendly, they really are there for me, throughout all of my craziness, my anxiety and my worry,. They put my mind at ease and made me feel heard, seen, and important. As I said, all the staff are amazing, from drs, to nurses, to support staff, everyone. Yes they may be seen as a little expensive, but I promise you, they are worth every single penny, and they are not focused on the money, so they are not just trying to charge you the most, they only do what is completely necessary for you and your journey. They are focused on helping the paitent achive their dream.THANK YOU LISTER FOR ALL YOU HAVE DONE AND CONTINUE TO DO.

This hospital is good but be careful of being charged twice due to making payments and your account not being updated or importing someone else’s account into yours.

I would highly recommend the Lister Fertility Clinic. We met with our consultant on a number of occasions and he was always contactable when needed. The care we received was exceptional and during our two rounds of IVF we had contact with a few different doctors and all were incredibly understanding and patient. It’s a busy clinic and sometimes feels quite hectic but you always feel well looked after and in safe and experienced hands. I felt the team did all they could to get the result we wanted and tailored our treatment to us as individuals rather than a one size fits all. Our consultant was positive but realistic and we really valued our time at The Lister.
