Hey all just to let everyone know I previously used this clinic 2 time’s on my girl and she missed twice and when I used a different clinic my girl had a litter of puppies, 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

Made contact to check my boys levels, unfortunately failed attempt. Did not charge, offered a follow up appointment to re try, explained with being a new environment dogs can struggle and recommended to just keep popping by to get him used to the clinic. Helpful friendly staff, very knowledgeable. Will continue to use their services in future. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic clinic, Hayley who runs it has been amazing with all my girls, very knowledgeable, I wouldn’t use anyone else, Hayley is a credit to the shop.

Have been a regular customer for a few years now, since Brett has been at the shop it’s been fantastic, he’s great at what he does every dog of mine he has got pregnant.

Service highly depends on who you find in the shop.
First time we went there, we got a really nice lady with his son checking on our dog and explaining to us several things and that it was early and would suggest being back 2 weeks later.

2 weeks later we come back, and another lady simply check our dog, confirm it’s pregnant (well, gee, thanks) and tell us that she can’t really say how many puppies are there.

We ended up looking for another clinic (Canine Pregnancy Scanning – West Midlands) that would perform an ultrasound properly and found one a few minutes away that gave us all the information (4–5 puppies probably) and measure the head to give us confirmation of when we were in then pregnancy and when to expect them to be born.

Really, a disappointing experience.
