We have already been to the Langenhagen Fertility Center for two children and have always felt very comfortable. The doctors, medical assistants and the entire anesthesia team are very friendly and competent. You really feel like you’re in good hands here.

We were always treated in a friendly and competent manner and felt very comfortable throughout the entire process. The result is now 4 months old, 7 years after the first desire to have children arose. Thank you so much!

We are very satisfied with the practice after 4 years of wanting to have children and 5 failed ICISs at the FCH Hamburg, we went to the Langenhagen Clinic with Dr. Schill Introduced he was very nice and very interested and looked at all of our preliminary findings thoroughly. And us Dr. Bell was recommended in WOB and we are very GRATEFUL because our path to the practice was closer to WOB and we are in good hands with him. Dr. Bell is the BEST doctor, simply a person with a heart. In my 4 years of wanting to have children, no doctor has ever listened to me like HE! I didn’t feel like a number, he just wanted to help us, and he made us feel 100% during the first conversation! We simply got pregnant on the first attempt and without ICSI. We are so grateful to him and the practice was always very nice. THANK YOU SO MUCH TO DR. BELL HE IS THE BEST!!!

Not recommended…

After my desire to have children was unfulfilled, I was diagnosed with azoospermia, whereupon we made an appointment at the Langenhagen Fertility Center.

From there I was sent to a urologist and “had” to undergo an operation in which testicular tissue was removed to obtain sperm (100% at my own expense, of course).

But what the heck, so far, so good…

My wife then began hormone treatment, during which no one addressed her Hashimoto’s disease.

1. Treatment:
17 eggs were removed, but 15 of them had to be frozen due to overstimulation.

Okay, it can happen…

After thawing and fertilizing (with seeds from my removed testicular tissue), ONE blasocyst developed and was transferred.

Subsequent pregnancy test was negative.

2. Treatment:
Once again no one discussed Hashimoto’s disease, only the amount of Gonal-F to be injected was slightly reduced.

This time 8 eggs were removed, 7 of which were fertilized.
In the end, 2 blastocysts formed from these 7, which were also transferred.

Unsuccessful again…

It seemed to us as if one person there didn’t know what the other was doing…

We then had the third attempt carried out by another doctor who approached the matter completely differently.

In the end, 10 eggs were removed, 9 of which were WITH A FRESH SPERM DONATION FROM ME!!!!! (despite azzospemia previously diagnosed in Hanover) developed into blastocysts.

Of the 9, 2 were transferred and the remaining 7 SEVEN!!! frozen for further attempts, which we actually don’t need anymore because my wife got pregnant with twins on the first try!!!!

Additive:
On December 19, 2023, I received an email from Google with a lawyer’s letter from the clinic in which they assumed that I had not been a patient and that I should delete my recession, otherwise legal action would be taken…

On March 5th Another letter came, insinuating and threatening legal action against me…

Addendum: We are still waiting for the transfers that were promised over the phone and have brought the eGK over again for settlement. These are rejected, among other things: with the justification of a disturbed relationship of trust due to this assessment. Any “ambiguities” requested by the medical director and explained by us will no longer be answered. In our opinion, it is not a matter of ambiguity if we point out missing documents in our patient files or the GDPR in every email, but rather of transparent and critical-constructive communication.

It shows once again: a practice stands or falls with its employees. In practice we quickly felt unwanted.
Almost every time I entered the practice there was an unpleasant feeling; With two to four employees at the reception, no one raises their eyes, a greeting and a request for patience for a moment until the outstanding work is completed is missing. Communication is only desired via email, concerns expressed over the phone will not be processed – well, that way, as a patient, you at least have your repeated requests in writing so that you can be reminded again and again how uncomfortable you feel as a patient when you have your rights demands.
There still seem to be difficulties in implementing the GDPR: To date, we have not received our patient files for further treatment in a certified facility in full compliance with the German Civil Code (BGB); Sometimes the information about the sessions was missing, sometimes the findings, sometimes the anamnesis forms and agreements… Direct requests for protected transmission according to level 3 according to the chosen service provider are ignored.
There is clearly a need for improvement regarding the practice organization!

Unfortunately we had very bad experiences here. You are treated like a number, everything always goes like crazy, there is no trace of empathy. After 5 unsuccessful ICSI treatments, the doctor suggested removing both fallopian tubes! Unbelievable but true. We then changed clinics and I’m finally pregnant!!!
