“Grateful for My Journey: A Fantastic KiWu Center That Made My Family Possible!”
A great KiWu center, both back then in the Golden Cross and now at the new location! Great team, everyone is very nice and hard working! I have this center and my doctor from the center to thank for my 4 wonderful children, otherwise I would have remained childless! I can only recommend everyone not to hesitate and make an appointment there!
Thank you for existing!
A full recommendation, even though we didn’t have good conditions and this was communicated from the beginning, we still managed it! We always felt comfortable and in good hands. The whole team is simply great! Thank you for the great support and the constant new approaches that ultimately brought success!
“Grateful for the Compassionate Care We Found at This Center!”
My husband and I switched to this center after previously being in a clinic where we did not feel well cared for.
We felt comfortable in this center right from the start; from the reception staff to the doctors and nurses, we were always looked after in a warm, friendly and very competent manner. We always knew what to expect from the upcoming appointments and always felt well informed.
We can recommend this center to anyone looking for personalized and always compassionate care.
Many thanks to the entire staff of this center! My husband and I definitely made the right decision.
“Frustrated and Disheartened: My Trust in This Clinic Has Dwindled After Years of Trying”
It has been more than 4 years since my husband and I visited this clinic with so much enthusiasm. Unfortunately, we also received a negative result in our last attempt because we no longer have any embryos. I don’t understand why it doesn’t work when they always say, “We have the best embryos” when I’m “young.” If everything is in our favor, then what is the problem??? We will never know because they don’t give us a solution, they just tell us to keep trying. I no longer have the strength to keep trying and to be honest I no longer have any trust in this clinic.
I hope couples reading this are well-informed and luckier than me.

“Highly Recommend the Vienna Fertility Center for Egg Freezing!”
Due to a medical indication, I had my eggs frozen at the Vienna Fertility Center. From the first contact I received competent and sensitive advice and I had the feeling that my concerns were taken seriously!
The stimulation was closely monitored and the procedure took place without complications.
In addition to the great team of doctors, I would also like to highlight the extremely warm nurses and always friendly receptionists!
I also have friends who did IVF here and got pregnant on the second attempt.
Absolute heart recommendation! ❤️
I am typing this on my cell phone while breastfeeding our daughter, who we are able to hold in our arms thanks to this KiWu Institute. We are endlessly grateful, there is nothing more beautiful. The care at the KiWu Institute was always friendly and competent. Dr. Pasuello was our doctor and we also got to know Dr. Langer. The secretariat and the nursing staff were all friendly and competent. There is absolutely nothing to be afraid of, the treatments are largely painless and easy to tolerate, go for it!
“We’re a Small Family Now.”
We are a small family now. There’s nothing more to say.
We thank you all for being able to hold our little miracle, our baby, in our arms and enjoy everything this time brings.
A big thank you in particular to Professor Obruca and ÖÄ Dr. Langer as well as Dr. Pekic. I felt very comfortable in the care and had complete trust in the KiWuZ team, just like my husband.
“Disappointing Experience: I Felt Ignored and Misled in My Fertility Journey”
We chose the center based on the positive reviews. I also read a lot about the topic.
The friendliness of everyone we dealt with was positive, but unfortunately that was about it. I did two Icsis and one cryo. A good result on the first try. After that, I went into diagnostics on my own because I didn’t want to waste time, money and embryos. After trying it, the clinic didn’t offer it to me. I don’t think it’s right not to point out all possible problems to patients and leave it to them to decide whether they want to clarify everything at the beginning or only after a few failed attempts. After all, there is a lot of money involved here.
I had three blood tests * 2 of which I organized myself) 3 different Tsh values (below 1 and 2 times just under 2.5) I pointed this out personally and in writing and was told everything was fine as long as the value was below 2 .5 is. The specialist that I then went to see immediately said that this fluctuation was not good, and it turned out that my thyroid was too small with nodules and was hypoactive and I had to be stopped immediately because there was a risk of possible Ss were
During the second ICSI, the puncture took place too early and I didn’t have many eggs. The doctor confirmed this. During the stimulation before, I received great advice from 3 different doctors about a specific medication that I should take at 3 different points in time as to when in the cycle I should start taking it. If I had listened to the first doctor, the quality of the eggs would have suffered. In general, no frequent blood tests are done *except for hCG*, for me only one before the start of the trip. I initiated all the others myself. Progesterone is not checked as standard before a transfer, although this could help so easily.
At a meeting, a doctor told me that the quality of one of my blastos wasn’t that great and that he wouldn’t be able to build a cryocycle based on it alone. The embryologist I spoke to later on the phone didn’t share this opinion and was in good spirits This blasto could also develop well. I find it very questionable to receive so many different statements in one institute, even on topics that are not a doctor’s specialty.
I didn’t feel well advised and like I was just another number. They simply didn’t care, that was my feeling. When you question something, you feel annoying. For me, it was simply enough to pay attention to and treat my problems* (which we wouldn’t have encountered if I hadn’t done the diagnostics on my own) in order to then maintain a natural pregnancy. I can only advise everyone to do their own research on such a topic and not blindly rely on the doctors.
Answer: Many patients pay for themselves. It should be up to you when you want to spend money on the diagnostics. According to statistics, how many risks arise in an attempt? Nevertheless, you protect yourself and know about it. Not on possible construction sites. Opinions are very different when it comes to TSH, my gynecologist even pointed out the TSH value to me, but at that point I was still relying on what your clinic said.
And it was confirmed by the SPECIALIST that the thyroid could be a problem.
Thyroid, blood coagulation, Homa Index or progesterone are things that could be checked for the patient with a blood test, some of which are free of charge, but represent the basic building blocks for possible implantation and SS. An appointment with a private thyroid doctor is cheaper than a failed ICSI. As already written, there are standard things that can be clarified for patients before the first attempt without much effort and costs and checked off, I’m not talking about reflections, biopsies, etc.
“Grateful for 21 Years of Support in Our Journey to Parenthood!”
Dear Dr. Obruca! Dear Dr. Strohmer! Dear Team!
We met 21 years ago. In a delightful little waiting room with 2 comfortable chairs. It’s crazy how your center has developed and changed. We all completed 8 ICSI attempts together and were able to have 3 wonderful children thanks to your help. They will soon be 11, 16 and 19 years old. It’s crazy how time flies. We are slowly getting closer and closer to your words back then: “You are only free again when the children have studied, moved out and the dog is no longer there” 😄 (although we hope that our 2 dogs are still with us for a long time💖 and we are sure of that the kids won’t be leaving their parents’ home any time soon either). Everyone who is new to your treatment should know how long you have been doing great work to help previously childless couples achieve happiness in life. With kind regards! Family V
Thank you for bringing sunshine to our street with your helpful and patient assistance! ❤️🙏

KiWu Klinik an der Wien: Friendly and Competent Care Led to Successful Pregnancy – R’s Review
I can only say the best about the KiWu Klinik an der Wien. From the initial information to the treatment, I was always given friendly and competent advice and treatment by all doctors (and reception). A special thank you goes to Dr. Pekic, who is very knowledgeable in her field and helped me finally get pregnant after years of trying. For most customers, the first step into KiWu is probably the most difficult and courageous, but I would recommend that anyone with fertility problems register at least for an initial consultation, as you can save a lot of time and money if you go to the right doctors .
Thank you! R.
Personal and Honest Clinic Experience with Successful Outcome: A Satisfied Parent Shares Their Story.
It is a clinic and every reason for being there is extremely individual and often painful. So it’s not a feel-good oasis. I found it very difficult to go there, but that was due to my personal attitude. The communication was very open, honest, but also very friendly. A lot of time is taken for questions. There’s nothing sugarcoating the realities, but I liked that because I didn’t have the feeling that I was being given hope just to make money. The process is clear and comprehensible. The laboratory is one of the very best in Austria. I also think it’s great that they are also very committed to same-sex couples who want to have children. The disadvantage is that you don’t have a doctor to look after you consistently. Some doctors are empathetic, some are more sober – almost pessimistic. But everyone did their job very well. The euphoria was almost too great for me during the transfer, but that also has to do with my personal history. They are also very generous when it comes to goodwill if you miss deadlines (e.g. payment for the cryogenic depot). We were very satisfied. Our daughter is sleeping next to me right now.

“I feel secure and supported at this modern fertility center!”
We feel in good hands there! The fertility center is very modern, extremely clean and we always experience a totally relaxed, friendly atmosphere there.
I think the concept with the relaxation rooms is great! In addition, the treatment areas are divided over two floors, which creates privacy during the procedures.
I only meet people there who have clearly found their calling – to feel that again and again as a patient is wonderful and gives security in the most difficult time for us as a couple.
I am incredibly THANKFUL that I ended up here and I always enjoy coming back to the fertility center 🙂
