Every visit to the fertility center was a pleasant experience. They take a lot of time to answer every question and adapt to personal needs.

Because of my long desire to have children, I have been to many places. But it was the empathetic and individual advice in this center that helped us make our dream come true.

At first I felt like I was in good hands. The staff was always super friendly, but after three unsuccessful attempts with minimal results, the doctor still told me that everything was fine with me and that further examinations were not necessary, I changed practices and went to Austria.
They recommended preliminary examinations to me which also revealed problems and at the other clinic they achieved seven times the yield using a different protocol and it worked right the first time.
In retrospect, in my opinion, it’s just a money-making technique to tell people that up to ten attempts everything is normal and there’s no reason to carry out further diagnostics.

My wife and I had problems on our way to having the child we wanted. But with expert help and individual advice, we were able to fulfill this requirement. Thanks!

The two stars are purely for the friendliness of the entire team. Unfortunately, there is more of a feeling that the practice works purely for profit reasons. Feeling like assembly line work – empathy is zero.
The partner is treated like air, invoices seem to be created even before you are present for the transfer, as they flutter in at the same time you get a negative result. Really sad on such a sensitive topic. Only Scheme F was used. Zero transparency when it comes to costs. Everything that could be done outside the norm (e.g. immunology, human genetics) is critically questioned/advised against. All in all we are very unhappy and dissatisfied. Will change clinic.

My partner and I wanted a baby but were having difficulty conceiving naturally. The medical care at the fertility center helped us fulfill our wish.
