After being treated at another clinic for 1.5 years, we moved here and haven’t regretted it. The whole process was designed much more for the well-being of the patients. Starting with the conversations, which took place at eye level and where we were always taken seriously, through the facility (comfortable and there are no baby photos hanging around that could trigger unpleasant feelings in kiwu patients) to the treatments. During IVF, everything was explained to us in detail and I also had contact with the biologist. The whole team did a great job. Ms. Dr. Weise is a very good doctor who made one or two situations a lot easier for me with her humorous manner. It even worked on the first try, we still can’t really believe it after a total of 5 years of kiwu, even though it was already in the 23rd week of pregnancy. 🙂 Many thanks to the whole team!!!

I recently went to the practice for social freezing on the recommendation of a friend.

First to the positive points:
– Quick appointment finding
– The process was very pragmatic and uncomplicated
– The staff is generally friendly

What I didn’t like:
– You tend to be left alone with the treatment (examples: information about taking medication is sometimes only available upon request, only one ultrasound to check the progress of the eggs, no proper preparation for the procedure (duration/what to bring, etc.)
– The procedure for me was unsuccessful, i.e. no mature egg could be removed and I have been waiting for information / a follow-up discussion about this for a week. The doctor wanted to get in touch that same day but didn’t do so. Even after multiple requests to call me back, no one got back to me.
– Given the fact that this is a privately paid service and a personal, emotional issue, I found the patient care to be unprofessional and highly insensitive. You get the impression that everything related to acquisition and billing is handled extremely quickly, while non-billable patient care is given a small name.

I have been ignored by phone and email for a week and would really like to know the possible reasons for the failed treatment and possible next steps for me.

I would always recommend the practice, everyone is super nice and we finally have our little angel in our arms.

I give zero to them. Not everyone is lucky. I had a bad experience with this clinic, it is the worst I have seen in my entire life. I do not recommend anyone, they let you wait so long and they change doctors, each one tells you something and with Dr. Gülden Halis, she does not explain to you what you have to do. I chose her because she speaks Turkish and it was easy for me to understand since I don’t speak German but I was very disappointed 😞 and with everything that had happened I decided to continue the treatment with them and on the last day we paid for everything and at the reception they told me no I owe nothing and they have charged me much more than what they have told me and they give you more bills without knowing why? Things didn’t go well for me but I didn’t say anything either and after 3 months
They call me and tell me that you have pending bills to pay 🤷 this is the worst I progoned before having the insemination that has already been paid for everything. The guy at the reception tells me yes. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr Weise is a great doctor, friendly, she took a lot of time for us, explained everything, really great

After almost 2 years, we were successfully discharged from the fertility clinic in March with beating hearts. I was very perplexed that that was it and that we were now switching to my gynecologist and that everything else was being done there. 😍 the first milestone was overcome and since then many more have followed.🥰

We also had a half year break in between. The first IVF was successful and we couldn’t be happier. Our doctor was simply wonderful. We could trust her blindly and she knew exactly what she was doing. Everyone was very, very nice. I would recommend the clinic again and again and go there again if necessary.

They always welcomed me happily and always explained any questions I had. And you comforted me when things didn’t work out. Your happy embrace was all the more beautiful and firmly anchored in my heart when I stood in front of you with the ultrasound image, crying with joy and not yet believing it. Thanks alot

I was stung by you so many times, you took what felt like millions of liters of blood from me. And you were always empathetic and always positive. I look back fondly on my favorite vampires. Thanks alot

I have always had confidence in your work and was very happy about “our” thriving little cell, my now growing baby in my stomach.

Team doctor
I got the right doctor.
Sensitive, direct and motivating and above all: a doctor who also knows how to have fun and can counter with jokes.
Patiently explaining, without too much frills, gentle, clear and confident in her work steps, also caring and caring for the soul of her patients.

I can’t find any suitable words for your work, only that I am incredibly grateful to you.

Anesthesiologist
I dare say that there is no other more blackly humorous anesthetist in the world. You have allayed my fears and I would let you put me to sleep at any time.

I can only recommend the entire fertility team.
Thanks to everyone in the team, I am now 8 months pregnant with my Blubbi.

I am extremely happy and I will proudly say that my dream child is a loving overall project.
The KinderwunschTeam will remain an integral part of my life.

Oh right:
Every now and then I wait in the “waiting room”: I’m grateful because I had a break from the stressful everyday life here.
Waiting and patience are just part of baby crafting. That’s a good thing and right!

Highly recommended. A great practice and very nice staff. Always available without a long wait.

My husband and I were very happy with the care and treatment we received from Dr Halis and her team! I would highly recommend this clinic, helpful reception staff, kind nurses and excellent treatment. We will be coming back!
