Very nice and competent doctors, no matter who I saw. Medical assistants were always very nice and understanding. There was only one lady who always seemed slightly annoyed. Maybe she had just had a few bad days.
I had the ICSI method and in a short time it worked on the first try. I am now in the 10th week and am very happy about my twins.

I had 2 cryos and 1 ICSI performed in the fleet island. Unfortunately it didn’t lead to pregnancy (the doctors can’t necessarily help that either). But unfortunately the clinic is very used to its methods. They rarely try anything new and they are not open to certain examinations (uterine/laproscopy, biopsy, etc.). For any further investigation there must be a well-founded study. Even at your own request, you will not be supported with additional examinations.
Some of the doctors didn’t know what their colleagues were doing (since I often had a substitute doctor). In terms of costs, the clinic is also very expensive. Some additional services are standard and cannot be deselected (e.g. Timelapse).
I was also told after the second negative attempt that 7! attempts would be “normal”. Unfortunately there isn’t much hope and that’s “only” because of my husband.
Later I felt very uncomfortable there because there seemed to be no understanding or compassion from the doctor (Dr. List).
The medical assistants were mostly very nice and agreements were kept. The clinic is modern and the waiting times were short.

I don’t recommend anyone to visit this practice after 1.5 years, nothing was ever tried, everything was always said to be okay, therapy or anything else was never tried. But I got a bill of 1000€😂👍

Review related to Medical Freezing:
Due to impending cell-damaging measures on my body and on the advice of the treating doctors, I visited the Kinderwunsch Praxisklinik Fleetinsel. I was mainly with Dr. Neumann in treatment. I was represented by Dr. Scheuss and Dr. List also covered.
Mother Nature didn’t always let everything go according to plan for me and so I really exhausted the flexibility of the entire practice. 😉
I can only report positive things:
– Everyone (from the doctors to the practice clinic team) has the patience of an angel
– Doubts and skepticism are taken seriously
– All steps to be carried out are discussed very well and even if you ask a third time, that is not a problem
– The communication throughout the entire practice is really outstanding!
– The stimulation was always perfectly tailored to me (no overstimulation)
– Taking blood is always a bit of a challenge for me. The MFA just laughed about it 🙂
– The practice is easy to reach both by phone and email
– The rooms are barrier-free and also very stylishly furnished
– The flexibility in terms of appointments is also extremely high, so that you can easily combine the desire to have children and work

What I will always remember as particularly positive:
All three follicle punctures could not be performed with anesthesia. This isn’t exactly the most pleasant undertaking and requires the treating doctors to be incredibly sensitive, more patient than usual and also the ability to motivate patients to carry on without putting them under pressure.
All three punctures were carried out with incredible sensitivity. Boundaries were respected and accepted. Whether I was a doctor or an MFA, I was treated well at every moment and when things got particularly uncomfortable, one hand was free to hold hands.
It was noticeable that everything was being done to ensure that I had a good “yield” without me falling by the wayside as a human being.
What a balancing act that turned out so well!!

I came to the practice without any urgent desire to have children, but my experience was such good that I would choose it again and again!

We switched to Fleetinsel after 3 unsuccessful treatments at another clinic in Hamburg. The first treatment cycle (cryo) = jackpot. On April 24 we held our beautiful, healthy daughter in our arms. Big thanks to Mr. List, Mr. Neumann, the laboratory and the entire team! We always felt like we were in good hands and heard. Easy to reach by email, sometimes difficult by phone:) great clinic, 100% recommendation!

A real heartfelt person. We are doctors ourselves and felt we were in the hands of Dr. List is in the best hands not only gynecologically, but also holistically. At any time, Dr. List time and, in contrast to the Fertility Center HH (practitioner Dr. Löbecke), listened to the entire history. He immediately developed a therapy plan and it worked, in the end even using natural methods with medication support because the cause could be found. We owe our son and our happiness to this truly outstanding doctor. Thank you again at this point!
