The practice is fine, the only “problem” is Ms. S. Flamma from the practice team. (office hours help)

She really seems to be “mentally ill”!

I just asked her something, then her face stretched extremely long and screamed at me! She made me wait for 10 minutes, all she did was look at her screen and make fun of me! The colleague next door was very embarrassed and didn’t feel comfortable at all, but she didn’t stop! When I realized that she didn’t want to work at all, I went to the colleague next to her and was helped immediately.
She is absolutely sick!

I have never experienced such an extremely rude and disgraceful employee!
Such an employee is damaging to business! It belongs to psychiatry!

We had eggs frozen there – everything went really well👍
Ms. Uhl gave us very good advice, took a lot of time and responded to us very emphatically😊
The practice team is really nice – whether on the phone or directly on site😇
And the roof terrace is great😎

Thanks to you and especially Dr. Behrens, let’s enjoy being parents with our twins. Great practice organization, every doctor knows if you need to see another one, there are hardly any waiting times and the doctors reliably call you back if you have any questions.
You can also get involved with ideas that you bring with you as a patient.
Only a few women at the registration desk were a bit unempathetic and harsh

All the doctors there are very nice and sensitive and take patients seriously and you always have enough time during the appointments to ask any questions.
Nice team of MFAs, all very competent and eager to help and support. Easy to reach by phone. The employees in the laboratory and operating room are always friendly.
We were treated there for a long time and our big thanks go especially to Dr. Wiedman!!!
Since we already have experience in another fertility clinic, we can wholeheartedly recommend this practice!!!!

We had the 4th, very last attempt at our ICSI treatment in this practice and now we are lucky enough to be able to hold our little son in our hands. Excellent advice, individual, competent, with respect and understanding. We had Dr. Hammel and Dr. Behrens as our doctors and would like to thank them and the practice very much, even if there are simply no words that could express our gratitude.
