We are very satisfied with the fertility clinic in Offenbach. We were given comprehensive advice and the treatment and the entire process went smoothly and we always felt like we were in good hands and looked after. Our Kiwu journey started in January of this year and we are already expecting our miracle next January and we are very grateful for the competent help.

Partly condescending treatment/quick processing, as well as inadequate information about the treatment processes, which resulted in a stranger being able to look into the treatment room without being asked during the treatment. Appointments canceled in good time will still be billed months later. Not recommended, just plain rude.

We would like to thank the entire team at the center and especially Dr. Hard shoes. After less than 6 months of examination and treatment, we managed to get pregnant through artificial insemination. The professional and dedicated medical team has changed our lives. Our little angel was born on August 7, 2024, completely healthy.

The communication at the reception was very different. Communication with the experienced employees was flawless, but with the new employees it was sometimes really wild, there is still a lot of room for improvement.

Be careful: absolutely irresponsible, negligent! During the consultation he didn’t even listen to what I said to him. I’m the experienced patient. Then suddenly he disappears without giving any further advice. Then I ask him for the short consultation immediately after our appointment from my partner who was late because he couldn’t make it earlier because of work. He refuses! I then just ask my friend to come and sign the request from Fr Tsiflika. My partner is already driving 60 km away and then Mr. Manolopoulosbei intervenes during my clarifying questions at reception and asks why I’m still there?! I answered and he orders his receptionist not to let my partner sign anything. I was shocked by this impudence!
I first wanted to bring the sperm from another country to you and Fr Tsiflika, “right hand” of Mr. Manolopoulos
approved everything, we had planned everything, paid a lot of money. Then suddenly he calls me and says like I’m too old. As if he didn’t know what his colleague was doing. Then I discovered that he had been contacted by the foreign clinic director and the director had defamed me because I had reported her partner clinic for the theft of the biomaterial. Apparently, Mr. Manolopoulos became frightened and canceled the entire treatment. The question is, why was he suddenly afraid when he does everything legally and correctly?!
