They kicked my wife out in the middle of treatment (literally).
People like that are called doctors?
Of course, this will not be without legal consequences.
I can’t think of anything about the reception ladies, there are always 5-7 people standing around, none of them answer the phone if you need something and they’re unfriendly until they can’t. Find the right doctors. Thank God there are still some who take patients’ wishes into account.

It is very sad what is happening there.
Starting from reception to doctors.
It’s all about making money, compassion zero. Unfriendly to the point of being unfriendly, especially the receptionists.
Been there for a while and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Our doctor is friendly and empathetic. For a long time, the medical assistants were very short and rather unfriendly, but this has recently improved.
I would also be happy if telephone accessibility could be improved and party music was not played in the waiting room.

Nice team, very committed! And really all of them. The appointment process went smoothly and I hardly ever had to wait on site. Practice rooms bright, modern, clean. Very nice. However, telephone availability is sometimes not so good. The diagnosis took a little too long for me. I had to be very patient at times. Nevertheless, I would go there again and felt like I was in good hands.

Hello everyone.
I would like to share my experience. Unfortunately, I have been having menstrual problems for a long time and it was on the recommendation that I went to the Kinderwunsch Centrum. For the time being I went to see Ms. Neuwinger and so far my treatment was going OK!
The trauma begins with Dr. HOE!
A doctor who gave me a personal dream. She literally told me that I looked like an old woman down there?! Can someone explain to me what the doctor means by that?! She has neither the sensitivity nor the sensitivity for this topic.
I will have the conversation with my doctor again and will adjust my assessment accordingly. I went to this clinic on the recommendation of many satisfied women, but the way this doctor dealt with me was really not nice and certainly not professional.
Actually, I should continue my hormone therapy because it may only take a few months for the tablets to start working. BUT NO, THIS DOCTOR TOLD ME HOPELESSNESS AFTER NOT EVEN 2 WEEKS AND TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO GO ABROAD. THERE COULD NOT HAVE JUDGED THIS LIKE THAT ON THE BASIS OF ANY DIAGNOSIS OR ANY VALUE!
I will also contact the medical association.
I will do everything I can to ensure that this doctor doesn’t treat anyone else like that. I have never been treated like this by any doctor or doctor in my entire life.

My husband and I have been receiving treatment here for some time now, although still unsuccessfully. Nevertheless, we can only praise the team highly. Even if it is sometimes difficult to reach us by telephone, you always receive a response to emails very quickly. Everyone is always very helpful and always friendly. Questions are answered understandably and patiently. We feel in good hands here and can only recommend the practice.

Frustrated by Unfriendly Staff and Long Wait Times at My Doctor’s Office
Unfortunately I have to give one star because the doctor’s assistants are very very unfriendly. I have to fight for every appointment. Waiting times too long. Without a real time appointment I have to wait until next month and I lose a lot of time

“Dr. Neuwinger Makes Me Feel Well-Cared For—Highly Recommended!”
Dr Neuwinger is a very, very good doctor, you feel very well looked after. Even after a ten-year break (wanting to have children), Dr Neuwinger recognized us immw. The girls at reception are very nice and welcoming. Waiting times are very short and quick. I would recommend it.

“Frustrated and Disappointed: Never Going Back After Cancelled Appointment and Unjust Invoice”
Never again after an appointment that was made months in advance. If you were informed at reception on the day of the appointment that the appointment had to be rescheduled. To do this I drive over 100 km to this incompetent center. Normally you would have to pay for my gas and my sacrificed free time, parking fees,…! NEVER AGAIN! Not recommendable!
A phone call beforehand would always be more professional towards your patients!

Now comes the big deal. I received an invoice today for the services that were never provided because this center canceled it.
