Jinal IVF – Awesome staff, very corporative. Mainly Dr. Ajay Aggarwal is very fine doctor and knows his work by heart and very down to earth doctor. It was a major surgery but felt like very easy. Thanks to the entire staff and doctor saab. God bless all always.

Highly recommended.
Dr. Sheetal seems to be a goddess who’s bringing smiles over a number of people every day. My relative suggested me to visit Dr. Sheetal and since then we have found ourselves in a comfortable zone. The doctors, the staff and the hospital itself is amazing. I wish them a huge success and again wishing that they keep on giving life to one and all.

I would strongly recommend against getting any services from here.
This is not because of the capabilities or facilities of the the hospital, which are good enough, but rather the management and system.
My wife and I had our delivery done here. The doctors are skilled and friendly, the staff is supportive and friendly too.
The problems started once the actual delivery was done.
I went to the first nurse that came out of the OT to enquire about the health of mum and baby, as well as the baby’s gender.
The nurse told me to wrong gender: boy. Unaware, I informed the whole family present and on the phone and prepared myself mentally to welcome the baby, thinking of many upcoming life scenarios.
Then came out the doctor, to inform me that both the mom and baby girl were healthy. I suddenly got scared if the baby had been switched with someone else’s!
My family that was present with me there also panicked.
But once my wife was out of the OT, she confirmed that it was indeed a girl, much to our relief.
This is a grave error on part of the hospital.

But their actual mistake is far more careless and infuriating.
The newborn screening was done after ~36 hours of birth, after which they informed me that they would share the report after 10 days.
We were discharged, soon after. Happy and excited to welcome our little girl home, we lost track of day and night for the next few days.
One day, it suddenly dawned on me that the hospital hadn’t shared the results of the newborn screening, even though it had been 14 days. Thinking that they may not have intimated me because of an okay report, I rang them up anyway, to ask for the report to be shared.
They did share the report, after 14 days and on receiving it, I saw that it had actually been available 9 days ago!
But that wasn’t the unforgivable part. One of the parameters on the report was way out of range, something that needs to be treated within the first few weeks of the baby’s life, to prevent irreversible lifelong damage. It was clearly highlighted in the report also.

I am praying to god that my little girl does not suffer because of the hospital’s carelessness. We will never forgive them for this blunder and will hold them accountable if my baby suffers because of their idiocy.

I hope more people see this review and make an informed decision to stay away from this place.
