This clinic is very professional and I recommend it with complete confidence, due to the attention and humane treatment of its team, which is excellent, from Doctor Guisasola, his nurses, and the rest of the clinic staff. For my husband and me, being currently pregnant with my second child at the age of 49, after having lost my first child just two years ago at the age of 14 in heart surgery, is a priceless gift. . The money this has cost us is worthless, plus the price is totally affordable and reasonable. At IVI we have turned into reality the desire to become parents again, which without your help, would not have been possible. And since human life is the most valuable thing, the work of this team is worthy of admiration. I have met professionals from important hospitals in Madrid, who are left behind in their responsibilities, and I know what I am talking about because I had to battle a lot with doctors with my lost son, but this team goes beyond what is expected of them, and There are no words to thank you so much. In such a new topic for those of us who attend to undergo treatment, I believe that the processes should be explained in detail and in advance; Or at least, I need it that way. Finding out what a treatment is like on the same day or that I won’t be able to lead a normal life just because I thought to ask…doesn’t seem appropriate to me.
Almost all the staff have been empathetic and close to me and I think that, in a clinic of that type, all the staff should be.
At IVI Bilbao the experience was good in general. I had avoidable pain, due to carelessness that I hope will not be repeated.
