They assured me that I could be a mother, they recommended a treatment, I have done everything they told me and I have not been able to become a mother, the treatment has run out, I have spent my savings and I have not succeeded, I feel cheated. The appointment system does not notify you that your appointment is not confirmed or has been cancelled. We got there after taking a taxi since we can’t get there any other way, the metro is really far away, and they tell us that our appointment has been automatically canceled so another taxi returned for absolutely nothing. It has certainly opened our eyes to not going to a place that involves a taxi every time you go.
