IVF-Spain Madrid

My husband and I had an amazing experience with IVF Life Madrid. We live in Ireland but chose to go abroad for our IVF treatment as the Irish clinics can in no way compare to the expertise and care provided by this clinic.
The staff at the clinic have always been person-centred and extremely kind and caring. From the very first call with the clinic (with the wonderful Clara) I knew we were getting a completely different experience from other clinics I had contacted. Clara explained in great detail every stage of the process-this had never been done with me before with other clinics (in Ireland). I immediately had a good feeling once I got off the call with Clara. This positive experience continued right throughout our communications and visits to the clinic. We worked with Dr Izquierdo who also was a wonderfully kind and empathetic man. He explained everything in great detail and gave us time to ask questions-again, this was very different to our previous experiences with other clinics where we felt rushed etc.
The staff of this clinic really helped to make our ivf journey a very positive one. Each and every one of them that we encountered had a smile, shared kind words with us and helped us feel at ease. The communication with the clinic (Clara especially) was excellent and quick. We never had to chase or follow up with them as all emails were promptly replied to.
We underwent an egg collection and 2 FETs with this clinic and hope to welcome our baby in April 25.

IVF-Life destroyed our viable embryos (mosaics) without consent or authority. They refuse to accept that they have done anything wrong and, as they are a private clinic, they say they are unregulated by any professional body in Spain. We switched to IVF-Life from another clinic in Madrid and deeply regret that decision. Go elsewhere.

Thanks to ivf Madrid, my husband and I were able to make our dream come true!! Our little heart born from an egg donation because I am 45 years old was born yesterday Thursday September 12, 2024 in great shape!!!!! Ivf have always been transparent with us, they have hidden nothing from us about the difficulties we may have encountered and the solutions there were.
It was very difficult after a failed IVF but they warned us that in our case only egg donation could work 80% and indeed egg donation was a success on the first experience!!! Out of 5 embryos they were able to transfer the only one to us that survived thanks to their professionalism!!!!! Today we are parents of Valentino and we are the happiest!!!!!

We are French and it was very difficult for us to go to Madrid without knowing what awaited us… but in the end what a great adventure… we are very happy thank you ivf.. I highly recommend…

We were recommended IVF Spain by my partner’s cousin, who had twins using their Alicante clinic, after we had a failed embryo transfer and inadequate service from a fertility clinic in Bristol, UK.

Right from the start, there was a huge difference in the way the clinic in Madrid operated. We liked the way we could pick and choose the package that met our needs, and the team were no less than exceptional at every stage of our journey. We were impressed by the speed at which things happened from organising our initial chat, zoom calls with the doctor when we had questions, to finding an appropriate donor. We really appreciated all the extra tests, the confidence with which they shared their knowledge and the consistent contact throughout (Clara was amazing and was always there for us). Having had such a disappointing and emotional time with the clinic in Bristol, we had complete faith in what the team were doing to help us get pregnant.

We were lucky to get pregnant on our 2nd embryo transfer just 7 months after our first contact with the clinic and only 3 short trips to Madrid. In May this year, we welcomed our darling daughter into the world and couldn’t be happier, she is perfect.

We will be forever grateful to the Madrid team who made our dreams of having a baby come true and can’t recommend them highly enough.

Journey since 2019. At the beginning it was very good follow-up, but today it is impossible to have someone to help us resolve a dispute.
We are asked to pay for an embryo cervization without sending a signed consent email to support this.
But no one, and the accounting department continues to ask us for exorbitant sums even though the journey was over for us.
Be careful, it’s not so easy to close your file if you have one embryo left!!
We are really disappointed. It’s such a long and expensive journey…How can you block couples like that??
Today I just want to turn the page with the clinic. And that we finally take into account our requests in due time so as not to ruin people.
I’m not the type to post very negative comments but maybe someone will take my alert into account

I continued the Fivet Plus + PGT-A journey and it was a great experience. I found support, listening, understanding, clarity and transparency. Now, I’m just waiting to be able to come back and do the implant ❤️. See you soon IVF-Life!

My experience here has been very good. The results of the treatment have been very good, but above all, I highlight the humane treatment of each and every one of the people who have treated me. From the first day I called on the phone to ask for information and spoke with Carlota I saw her attention, kindness, patience and the peace of mind they gave me.
Dr. Victoria is very top, a great professional who makes you feel in the best hands. I definitely recommend it because both the administration people and the doctor and nurse seemed to me to be the best.

Manuel Left, like Nurse Mirian, are people who give you confidence that make you feel as if they were taking care of you in your own home, without delaying the time they dedicate to us, they told us that as many times as necessary we will call them and the times that nurse Mirian has called us without no profit at all, it is a unique site, super clean, super new, brand new, it is the best place where you can put one in your hands, they help you to achieve your dreams, a big hug, I highly recommend them ❤️

I have been performing treatments there for several years, and despite not being successful, not because of the Center but because of my health, I have to say that Dr Izquierdo is a true eminence, concerned about his patients, he dedicates all the time he has to you and that He doesn’t have one, and the medical rigor with which he treats you is exquisite. One of the best doctors I have ever encountered and I recommend him to anyone.
I do not give it 5 stars because of the disorganization that in my opinion, and that of my husband, and in the interests of our right to freedom of expression, have in nursing, I have also sent to friends and they corroborate it, many new nurses, nurses who are They go, and it would be necessary for each patient to be assigned one because it gives a rather great feeling of chaos in that sense.
In my case, I canceled a treatment for health reasons with the pertinent explanation to whom I had to give it, which is my doctor. Well, as soon as I made an appointment, without having been able to speak with the doctor, I had a nurse that I did not know. nothing behind my case trying to know the reasons when they have not been concerned before and the medical reasons correspond to the doctor and they should not exceed their functions….., the question was what to do with the embryo….. only that mattered. They have sent me the invoice with the costs of canceling the treatment, but no more document to sign to revoke anything, when it should be signed….. since the reservation was signed.
Otherwise the quality of the facilities and cleanliness are quite good. If they fixed the disorganization in nursing it could be one of the best centers in Madrid
