“Friendly Staff, But Confusing and Stressful Experience as a Patient”
Always met nice and friendly staff here. However, it has been quite confusing and bad control. Recipes that have been missed and misinformed which created a good deal of stress. I, as a patient, have not been able to feel completely calm and confident that they are in control. But it must be said that once in place I have always felt safe,, when picking eggs and depositing, for example.

“I Feel Safe and Welcomed at Livio in Umeå – Highly Recommend!”
Absolutely fantastically nice staff and are always well received. We feel safe from the first meeting through the entire treatment. Can highly recommend Livio in Umeå.
