Very nice doctor Natalia Oleksandrivna and her assistant Olena. I am satisfied, good attitude and good emotions.

Until the last, I hoped that the low rating of this office was due to multi-specialty, and that if I turn to specific doctors, everything will be in order. Unfortunately, the negative reviews are fully justified. Perhaps in this clinic they help people with minor reproductive problems, but you shouldn’t expect anything more than standard covey work.

I do not advise pregnant women to register here!!
The clinic, which positions itself as one of the best in Kyiv, has good repairs and NOT the lowest price for services, but provides such unqualified and low-quality service, it simply has no right to position itself like that!!

In November, I had an introductory consultation.
And somehow I imagined her differently. You can at least take a sightseeing tour!
And it was just an office with a doctor where they took your medical history and immediately started talking about rockets and their cost!! ALL!!!
At the same time, the doctor also decided to assess the state of my family’s wallet, noting that it is probably not “in my pocket” to lie in their hospital. And this despite the fact that I didn’t even have screenings before that hospital.

The second and worst situation is when I had to do the 17 week screening.
Unfortunately, where I registered, they don’t do it, I turned to Isis!!
On 12.12.23 she arrived, everything seems to be fine and at the end of the ultrasound, I was given the conclusion “opening of the cervix by 5-7 mm. They start to fuss, the doctor says that hospitalization or a doctor’s consultation is urgently needed. I’m in shock, I don’t understand anything, why would this happen suddenly… I’m already sitting waiting for the doctor, O.M. Kozarenko is taking me.

I think now there will probably be an additional review, etc. And she just starts typing something, says that I need to go to the hospital to get stitches, because it’s already PPC, and what a big and dangerous discovery. And he prints something again.
To which I myself begin to tell the doctor that I feel well and where there are some signs, or my well-being… I ask you to explain where and what could be the reason. To which the doctor says, it’s strange that you feel well, well, maybe it’s a hormonal failure… I’m sitting crying, I came alone… and then he prints a report and asks if you will be hospitalized or refused?!
I am even more shocked. I decide to refuse and go urgently to my consultation to check the diagnosis!
And still, it’s good that she did it! Because everything turned out to be fine with me! And in Isis, the uzist did not diagnose me correctly!
And at the same time, these are not small funds: UAH 2,000 screening and obstetrician-gynecologist consultation UAH 850 (just because the doctor printed 4 sheets).. HORROR!!

When I called the administrator to say that such a situation is not very pleasant, I heard in response “you received the service, the doctor examined you, they gave you a report, what else!!” I say you understand that there is a report from another clinic, which confirms that you did not correctly establish the diagnosis and caused me moral damage!!.
She said ok, then wait for management to contact you.

Conclusion: it’s been a month and no one has called me!!

Therefore, I want everyone to think carefully before serving here!!

She registered with Isis at the beginning of February 2022 and paid a lot of money for pregnancy management. Then, during a full-scale disaster, it was necessary to evacuate from Irpen to eastern Ukraine. Almost the entire pregnancy took place there. When I returned at 8 months of pregnancy, I asked to recalculate the package (they wanted to give birth in Isis, so I also asked to transfer the unused funds to the maternity package with an additional payment), because it is clear that a third of the money is not even close to being used.
But my doctor said “now we will schedule you for many tests and an ultrasound and quickly use all the money.” This really alarmed me.
Of course, the clinic refused to recalculate. We terminated the contract with them. They had to return UAH 13,000. But they don’t care about pregnant women in difficult situations. The answer – you will receive money after the end of martial law!
It’s just HORRIBLE! My child is already one and a half years old! And there is still no money from them. Like the conscience of Isis.
By the way, I went to the 5th maternity ward. And the doctors there were stunned by the results of the tests from Isis, because as it turned out there were major problems with the liver and the doctors there quickly corrected the situation.
My doctor in Isis was Golenya I. Therefore, I do not recommend it.
But I hope that they will give me feedback. Because it is very strange that the clinic positions itself as the best place where the future generation appears, but in reality they only care about money

Prices do not correspond to the quality of services. You can find cheaper and better quality.

I made an appointment for my child to have an ultrasound of the hip joints. I arrived on time and waited about 40 minutes with a baby in my arms, at the end of May 2023.
It would be nice if they kept track of time better!
