“Delighted with Exceptional Fertility Treatment and Support!”
We have done our fertility treatment with them. And from the first moment they have made us feel at home. “Reflecting on My Treatment Journey: Great Staff but Communication Issues Among Doctors”
We stopped treatment in September 2023 having been on treatment with Igin for almost 2 years. The attention received from the reception staff was always friendly and they were empathetic, showing closeness and affection throughout the process and the negative results.
As a negative aspect and one that we consider essential after having lived through the entire process: if you receive appointments with different doctors (due to schedules, vacations…) in our case, at least, the communication between them was practically scarce (even committing important failures) and more so taking into account that the dates and medications must be specific and at specific times. In our case, there were days, especially when we had been there for a while, when we didn’t even know what we were going to do or why we had gone.
Without getting into what the process emotionally entails and trying to be as objective as possible, I recommend that the clinic: focus and pay attention to ensuring that all doctors can and have to access the patient’s treatment and process, and for that they will have a database where information can be collected.
To the client: it is a hard process in which the emotions are endless, if you see something that doesn’t fit you, ask for a second appointment somewhere else, don’t be left wondering.
