My gynecologist, Dr Sarfati, is Perfect! Very human, attentive and extremely competent! She has been following me for a while now and I recommend her whenever someone I know is looking for a very good practitioner.
I recommend the firm with my eyes closed
The expertise is varied and I have consulted different practitioners who are all excellent!
Regarding secretaries, I have no reason to complain, on the contrary!

I would like to express all my satisfaction with the Medical Fertility Institute. From the moment I was welcomed, I was reassured by the kindness and professionalism of the team, particularly Sandrine and Cyrielle. They are not only smiling and friendly, but they also have a real sense of welcome. Always attentive, they were able to answer my questions with great kindness and remarkable availability. The gynecologists are very good and very professional but the reception is not at all welcoming.
I called before going there to get an appointment and the person told me to look on Doctolib because she “can’t” get the schedule.
Then on the day of the appointment, being someone who is coming for the first time, They are so lazy to say one more word to tell you precisely what to do and I waited 2 hours for just one shot of blood, so no one told me that it was necessary to register in a notebook in addition to being registered with the Vitale.

I had great experience with doctor Jennifer ASMAR. She is amazing and super tentative. So definitely 5/5 for her.
However, as many other mentioned in the reviews, the experience with the receptionists is just horrible. I have been in touch with them for 2 months for a new care sheet with no feedback. Whenever I phone them, and clearly I’m not a native French speaker, they didn’t put any efforts even to spell the email address and speak slower French.

Nothing to say about the treatment and care provided by Doctor Ms. Sebag, very friendly and attentive to needs. I gave it 4 stars because sometimes the secretaries are not very friendly with the patients and once I felt judged by one of them. Despite this, I highly recommend this institute which offers 100% support with very professional people on the subject.

Great experience within this firm. Dr. Zegharo is exceptional, very pleasant, extremely kind, professional, he explains what he does, very respectful. Concerning the secretariat, I do not understand certain comments. I spoke to a person by telephone who was very gentle, who took the time to listen to me read my prescription to find out if everything could be done with them, who reassured me. Then when I arrived, the person at the secretariat was friendly. I really recommend this place which is also very pretty, calming and clean.

“Dr. Mesner is Excellent, but His Office Staff is a Nightmare!”
I find Dr. Mesner very, very good.
On the other hand, I was advanced the costs of €90 even though I have complementary health insurance, it is prohibited. The Dr is not authorized to bill under the identification number mentioned and after 5 months (for the moment) I still have not been reimbursed because I am not given a corrected care sheet, no one responds to my emails, I finally received a response after several months at the end of July to tell me that I was going to receive the new sheet, it is the beginning of September still nothing, no response. Really fire these secretaries for the love of God it’s the first time in my life that someone has refused to give me a care sheet

“Frustrating Experience: Late Appointment and High Costs”
Only second appointment early in the morning but yet 45 minutes late without explanation (that would have been me, I would have been looked down upon), not allowed to take photos of the ultrasound, doesn’t really answer the questions, asks you for 200 euros. Be prepared…
