Homerton Fertility Centre

My experience at Homerton Fertility Clinic was extremely disappointing. There were constant delays, a lack of empathy, and little to no attention given to monitoring patients’ progress during fertility treatments. Follow-up procedures were nonexistent unless initiated by the patient. I would strongly advise avoiding this clinic. Please understand that negative feedback is not due to unsuccessful treatment, but rather a reminder that our time as women is precious and should not be wasted. Unfortunately, my case is still ongoing, and I regret the time I’ve lost at this clinic.

Homerton fertility Clinic is a big joke I been waiting for my appointment for a very long time just to receive a phone call to say that my up coming appointment has been cancelled. Everyone who is wating for any fertility treatment should not use them. The other part of the hospital is great but the fertility clinic is very Bad.

I was informed they wasn’t going to be able to help me.
I heard the lady laughing to anther colleague as I am very very petite.
No follow up. Left devastated without ant support.

I’ve been with this clinic since 2020, and I’ve still not heard back for fertility treatment!!! It was meant to start in 2021 and they said they had to stop all new procedures so my medical records would be transferred to St Bart’s, which they never received so where they sent my records or if they even did, god knows! Imagine I was absolutely desperate and still not able to conceive, I would have been still waiting!!!! I’ve had no messages from them or St Bart’s up until today, except today apologising for the recent incidents which they are under investigation for (losing embryos or not freezing them adequately). Still nothing to do with starting IVF treatment. I truly am not surprised about their recent corruption as I experienced a whole load of issues during my time with them. The staff there had no compassion, no dignity. Only my consultant I could say was decent and helpful. Please stay away from Homerton all together. Awful hospital.
