I recommend the Clinic with a clear conscience. Nice service, everything was well taken care of, the tests went smoothly and on time.

I can’t say anything good about this clinic. We wanted to carry out extended diagnostics, monitoring and examination of the patency of the fallopian tubes by sono hsg and, possibly, insemination. Each time we made an appointment with a different doctor (when monitoring the cycle, visits must be at a specific time), we would have preferred to have one doctor in charge, but it was not possible. Twice we waited for an appointment for about half an hour. The patency test was performed 10 minutes after administering the painkiller, it was too short a time for it to work, which is why I felt a lot of pain, and the doctor did the test quickly and I have the impression that it was inaccurate. The description of the test for PLN 800 was incomplete and worth almost nothing. The rest of the tests (very expensive) that we had ordered, as it later turned out, were typically in vitro, and at the beginning we indicated that we were not interested in in vitro. One doctor also strongly encouraged us to undergo in vitro fertilization. Another doctor casually mentioned that I had stage III endometriosis and then continued to encourage IVF (and endo can be treated and operated on, with untreated endo the chances of IVF are much lower than they say). Fortunately, after these bad experiences, we found a wonderful doctor somewhere else who operated on my endometriosis, ordered accurate tests and I got pregnant naturally very quickly.

The level of procedures and care is at the highest level. We are happy for the children and thank you

I do not recommend. There is no way to check the test results because the website is not working, not to mention the prices. The clinic charges a fee for complete semen tests, but basic semen tests were performed, and after the intervention in this matter, I only received information that if the order went to the laboratory, the money was lost!! A very clever way to steal money! Once again, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!

We had an appointment with Dr. Anna Bednarska-Czerwińska at 16:30. At 4:25 p.m. another couple who was already waiting in front of us enters and it is understandable that the queue could have slowed down. Then, around 4:50 p.m., another couple comes in who arrived around 4:40 p.m. (well after us). After this couple, around 5:10 p.m., another couple comes in, who arrived even later (than us). When I asked at the reception what it was all about, I learned that at Dr. Anna Bednarska-Czerwińska’s appointment, the time of booking does not matter, the doctor decides who comes in at a given time. After this information, I left. I just wonder why there are registration hours if they are not respected equally for everyone?
The clinic’s approach to customers is embarrassing, especially since in response to low reviews they write how they do not try to maintain high quality of service and customer satisfaction.

The doctors are great, provide the best care and are effective :), but the level of telephone service is terrible, with no empathy or commitment to their work, which generates a lot of stress… l4 issued with a delay, the ladies inform me that they will call me back and then the contact stops. They can tell a regular patient undergoing treatment during pregnancy that there are no places to see the doctor who conducts the treatment and offer an appointment in 2 months.

I don’t know what to do to get there. 40 minutes of listening to “you’re first in line” makes you start seeing red. If, with a bit of luck and superhuman patience, you get an interview, the lady answering the phone is unable to provide you with basic information about preparing for the examination. Therefore, it redirects to “girls from the laboratory”, who do not answer for several minutes. A potential patient resigns from services.

I do not recommend this clinic, of course it is private and the level of health care leaves much to be desired. Lack of communication between clinics, failure to provide information, incorrect prescriptions, which results in the inability to purchase medications – this is the order of the day. Doctors are very profit-oriented, they force you to perform tests in the clinic at a price several times higher than in a normal clinic, they are very taciturn, they do not explain the procedures or methods of administering drugs, I had to check everything on the Internet because no one explained it to me. Embarrassing. The ladies at the registration desk are rude and rude, they don’t help, they say they will call back and they don’t call back. In the clinic you cannot count on reliable information about the costs associated with the procedures, I found out about mine only after the procedure. Overall, unprofessional clinic, unpleasant atmosphere, I regret that I came to this clinic…
