The clinic staff behaves rudely, is rude and uses obscene language.

I am more than disappointed with this practice. For weeks I tried to make an appointment by phone almost every day – no one ever answered the phone. Although they claim to respond to emails, I have never received a response, despite several messages.

When I finally went to the practice in person without an appointment, I was treated very rudely. The staff seemed uninterested and unhelpful. To make matters worse, I had to wait in the waiting area for a whole three hours before I even got my turn. I have rarely experienced such ignorance and poor organization. An absolute disgrace!

For us, green-ivf is the best fertility clinic! I’m with Dr. Fehr has been treated and he is the best doctor I have met so far. He is technically competent, empathetic and can lighten the mood with humor at the right moments. In addition, he always takes the time necessary and tries very hard to find a solution. Our desire to have children was a very difficult case, which is why we spent a total of 2 years with Dr. were looked after very carefully. Without his competent support, I would probably have given up on having children.

Dr. Fehr took all diagnostic measures that were possible and also responded to our wishes. All treatments were based on current medical data. In total I have had 8 cycles of VZO and 3 IVFs, and I never felt like any services were being forced on me. Overall, you really noticed that Dr. Fehr dealt intensively with our case. What is very positive to highlight is that not just 0-8-15 standard treatment plans were carried out, but the individual situation was always taken into account. Without this approach we would not have been successful.

I had 8 miscarriages (including biochemical pregnancies) during the entire time I was trying to have children. Of these, Dr. Fehr cared for 4 miscarriages. During this time, my fears were always taken very seriously and there were regular blood tests and ultrasound examinations. Necessary medications were quickly adjusted according to the blood values. I was always able to turn to green-ivf if I had problems early in the pregnancy. I would not have had this time without the excellent care of Dr. Fehr and his team didn’t get through it.

I am now in the 22nd week of pregnancy and we are Dr. Fehr infinitely grateful for this luck.

Overall, the entire team must also be praised. If I had any questions or problems, my emails were answered quickly and I was helped. The interaction was always very friendly.

I am regularly in the practice for blood tests, testosterone injections and at least by telephone I am in contact with Dr. Sutter. I am completely satisfied with her as a doctor and with the ladies at reception and in the laboratory. I feel well supported and taken care of! Many thanks to the team!

Been treated there since February and super satisfied. The motivation and hope they gave us helped us a lot. Lost almost 40 kg together.
Dr. Bachmann is a super competent, kind and courteous doctor. She makes you feel so well looked after and she always gives you a really good feeling!💪

The practice is very nice, the receptionists on every floor are very friendly, as is the doctor I met and is currently treating me. Except for keeping appointments, that’s really a disaster. I’ve never waited less than 45 minutes for my appointment, even though I’ve been there three times and each time was there at least 10 minutes before the agreed appointment time. You have to have a lot of patience.
Otherwise the practice is highly recommended.

We are eternally grateful to the practice! The practice attaches great importance to ensuring that patients feel comfortable and that the psychological stress that comes with treatment is seen and taken into account. The entire team is always friendly and approachable, no matter how stressful it is. The doctors always take their time and respond to questions and requests. You feel taken seriously. That makes such a big difference. After sitting in the car crying countless times after appointments at my old clinic, I actually enjoyed coming to the clinic here. When I became pregnant, I was almost a little sad to leave the clinic. Even now I still often think back to the clinic with a good feeling. A big thank you to the great doctors, especially Dr. Fehr, Dr. Bachmann, Dr. Ziegler and the great MFAs at reception and in surgical care, the laboratory team and all the other people in the practice!

For me and my husband the best fertility clinic and the best doctor (Dr. Fehr)! He is one of the nicest and best doctors I have ever had and I have had to get to know a number of different doctors in the last year. After three miscarriages, he takes our concerns very seriously and we were finally able to find something that was most likely the cause. The helpers are also all extremely friendly and helpful. Communication via email is wonderful and I feel in great hands here. I hope that we will be able to hold our rainbow baby in our arms very soon and would like to thank the entire clinic!

Great Kiwu practice! Last year we went to Dr. Ziegler under treatment. She explained to us very well and provided great support right from the start. She took everything into account (lab results, previous diagnoses, nutrition…) and gave us great advice. We were lucky and got pregnant in the first cycle (vzo). (It is certainly not a given to be successful in the 1st cycle and depends on many individual factors) We were not given false hopes and always spoke realistically about the chances of success. We felt very well informed at all times.

I can only agree with the many positive reviews. I felt like I was in good hands and we are now happy parents of a son.
Reachability via email ran smoothly, was friendly and quick at all times, and waiting times were usually kept to a minimum.
