MOM OF A BABY!!! 3 years ago I underwent in vitro treatment with ginemed and I could see that they do not study your case in depth. At first they give you a quick treatment that obviously goes wrong, that was my case, I couldn’t obtain eggs mature enough to fertilize them and the only one that seemed good, didn’t set. They directly told me that I could not produce mature eggs and they proposed eggation, which I refused. The strange thing was that they called me 4 months later to try again after telling me that my chances were very low, it didn’t make sense so I told them no. 3 years later through social security in a single first attempt I obtained enough good quality eggs. Today I have my 2-month-old baby and I can still transfer more if I want. My advice to those mothers: don’t throw in the towel first since they go easy and don’t get complicated while you are leaving a fortune, if I had accepted that donation I would never have realized that I could have a child of my own blood. How many mothers out of desperation have agreed without knowing what possibilities they had.

Obviously, after what has happened to me, I will not trust this clinic again. What I want is my compensation. More than a year ago we began this journey at the Ginemd clinic, without any knowledge and fully trusting Manuel, our doctor. We started with our eggs even though she told us that due to our age there were few possibilities. Four were fertilized, but when testing (pgt) they told us that they were incompatible with life. They advised us to undergo ovodolation, and after going through the genetic mourning we decided to do it with a treatment that guaranteed you an embryo. Of four eggs, only one was fertilized, they told us that this was normal because they were only looking to get one. We asked if we had to do the tests (pgt) like ours and they told us no. So after the implantation I became pregnant, at 8 weeks after an ultrasound at Ginemed they discharged me. To begin pregnancy monitoring, we went to another gynecologist, where they informed us that the embryo had stopped a few days after discharge, since the size had hardly changed at all, and the reason was a genetic failure, incompatible with life. Since we couldn’t believe what they were telling us, we went to Ginemed the next day where another gynecologist, Dr. Cebrián, confirmed the fatal outcome and the same reason, genetic failure in the embryo. So I had to go get a curettage. Now that the entire ordeal of treatments, physical and psychological pain and the frustration that the clinic did not do enough to avoid so much pain have passed, we do not understand why the embryo was not analyzed, which was also from an egg from a 30-year-old woman. years. We do not want to think that we are just another number and that with this we are guaranteed to earn more money with new treatments. But of course we have doubts and we feel like victims of a scam. We always thought that the guarantee was a euploid embryo, not just any embryo, even one that was not compatible with life…

Although the care was correct at all times, they did not do all the necessary tests, the treatment was quite difficult with hormones and punctures and the embryos did not come out of quality. We decided to try another clinic in Germany, in Regensburg, which first turned out to be cheaper (surprisingly), second, they gave us more tests than they ever did in Seville, third, the treatment was much better without punctures and with medication that psychologically did not bother you. It affected so much, fourth, the embryos were of much higher quality, fifth, they did more controls and tests on us throughout the process, including the father (me). Everything went very well the first time. Then the last problem with Ginemed is that we requested the cessation of the freezing 2 months ago, and we have no response, and on top of that they charge us for the following year’s maintenance when two months before we have requested the cessation in writing, but since no one answers, well They charge us. Obviously we have put this matter in the hands of our lawyers, because it is not professional. For the price they charge, it is worth having the treatment even abroad.

I have all the documentation and tests done in a German clinic, and I assure you that there are up to 2 tests that they did not do, including one on the immune system that they overlooked because it could reject the embryo, which was what was done in the German clinic. They saw the first cycle, and the appropriate medication, and they got it right the first time. My wife did up to 3 embryo implants and nothing, with poor quality embryos. I’m not saying that you don’t have success, but I can’t imagine why you didn’t do an immunological study, which was the cause of the rejection. My advice: before going to a center, check out other centers, even a foreign one, to compare everything.
