First IVF Clane

Absolutely horrible experience no after care at all no support over the phone when giving devastating news I would advise anyone not to use this clinic as we wasted a lot of money for noting

Very poor and negative experience. Consultation was may 21, followed by 2 rounds of failed IVF and advised I would need egg donor. Poor follow up . Whole process felt money dominated. My partner and I were very disappointed in care recieved. I have made a formal complaint previously. Friends are currently going through the process somewhere else and talking to them is triggering a sadness and poor management in my care I feel I recieved. Since then I have had numerous investigation s in Greece and another clinic. Main issues, everything was money orientated even thought we paid prior to treatment , money was mentioned each visit. Follow up was appalling and slow. New staff at time , errors in forms and very difficult to get access to notes. Follow up booked for 8 weeks following 2 ND failed IVF. When I complained I was told they delayed it as I got sensitive news as in a cancer scare, which I did not , so lies or excuses. I had confidence issues from the start, ,2 hrs plus waiting on first appointment. Another clients details on my forms to get my notes.
Numerous attempts to obtain my notes for my future consultation, most notes were missing, and blood results were given repeatedly. I’m only reviewing now as I compare my experience to my friends and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone, I would not recommend, I will note that the doctor is no longer in this clinic but I felt IVF Clane was poorly managed and money orientated with no patient care.
I would like to add get a second opinion, following the 2 failed ivfs in first IVF clane, I had hysterectomy, prp and hsg followed by spontaneous pregnancy in Jan 2023 and baby Oct 23

Doctor Ray O’Sullivan and Lab Manger Sameer Angras and Embryologist Javier Canadas Aldana are super at their job and very empathetic and friendly to me and my wife as we try for a second baby

Wonderful experience, lots of new changes, very responsive and I’m very happy with my journey with them so far

Run way from this clinic … as you can see below all reviews are bad and it is, don’t waste your money and your precious time!

Very poor and negative experience at this clinic.
Very upset by the whole service and process, I was sold treatment that I definitely didn’t receive. It was my last round and I feel robbed. It was mostly money orientated and once they recieved it my care went down hill, long waiting times whilst attending etc. I feel they don’t have much experience compared to other clinics. Dont waste your money or time. Still no offer of a follow up consultation or anything 2 months later.
