I feel cheated and lied to by this clinic. I paid a package price of 5000 for egg donation and only got one embryo

We felt very comfortable at the clinic, especially the skilled and kind coordinators and nurses. We are waiting for the result of the first transfer.

After too many unsuccessful experiences in too many IVF clinics and wasting too many years with injections, suffering with the symptoms and emotional burden, one day somehow we came across to the FertilityPort website and we wanted to give a try, at least to have a call with them. We were still doubtful whether we wanted to travel all the way from the Netherlands to Czechia for this treatment, with all the negativity that we were carrying because of the past treatments which were not meant for making someone pregnant at all. Our past treatments were not personalized, they were simply a medicine package that they give everyone no matter what their age and health condition is.
When we had our first Zoom appointment with the FertilityPort, we were surprised to talk to the doctor straightforward instead of a seller who has some training to pitch about their success rates. The doctor (Dr. Vlcek) was extremely compassionate, good listener and so intelligent with his high expertise to understand my specific medical conditions immediately. We were totally amazed and we didn’t doubt to start treatment with them. We were immediately assigned a personal assistant (dear Hana), which was a system that we have never seen in other clinics. Hana was always quick to answer any questions, reachable by phone, extremely clear with her email instructions and so patient with us. She has put so much effort to order our medications even though it was difficult to reach them in the Netherlands. She always advised alternatives and our medications were always ready during the treatment with her help. We visited the clinic only one time on the day when the embryo transfer is done. The medical facilities were the most impressive ones that we have ever witnessed. They have put so clear instructions to keep the treatment area so hygienic and during the transfer process the medical team was so much focused on what they are doing. They even didn’t let me to stand up, but wheeled me with a bed to a private resting area after the transfer where I slept 20 minutes before walking out. We already had a good feeling about the whole procedure and we weren’t wrong. We were first delighted to hear that I was pregnant and yesterday we measured the baby’s heartbeat for the first time. How can we be not thankful?
We have visited our earlier clinics for dozens of times just to have more disappointment each time and we have visited FertilityPort only one time to have this result. If we only knew, we would not waste our two years else where.

We had such a great experience with fertility port! Our coordinator was very responsive and easy to communicate with and the doctors were both great! We had a pretty straightforward case and had a successful transfer with them! Currently holding my 2 week old baby thanks to them 💕

An excellent centre…they are good and very very very professional….a WONDERFUL clinic, truly!!!!!!!!! There are coordinators who speak multiple languages ​​so it is also easy to communicate.. we had a great time!!!!!!! And the betas were positive!!!!! Subsequently we returned (followed by Pavlina who was very kind and very precise in giving information) for a little brother or sister… with the outcome still to be seen… in any case I highly recommend the clinic!

We were very at peace there. Everyone is very nice, makes an effort and makes you feel welcome.
It worked for us on the first try and we are now the proud parents of a little boy.

I had a great experience with this clinic, the communication and treatment was excellent. I travelled from Ireland to the clinic and had no issues.

Not best service terrible aftercare nightmare getting refund. Not very empathic, no further testing felt very basic treatment compared to another clinic we used. Didn’t feel good get upsold extras just as am about to go in for retrieval it really shocked me. Was getting asked if i wanted to freeze embros i didn’t have enough which i told them wasn’t very reassuring as am just about to get put asleep for op. Felt let down spoke to doctor after treatment but he didn’t let me speak just told me he didn’t have time even though i’d booked in. I think staff need to be more aware what a stressful heartbreaking journey it is and be more aware of how they deal with sensitive issues. The paper work part was done very well PDF’S emailed of all info gathered that was the one part i felt they did well. Felt like they just take your money with no care for well being.

Very good clinic and an even better doctor with a lot of sensitivity and sympathy! We owe him 3 desired children ♥️

Even if this time I was not at all satisfied with the coordinator (Dita). I wouldn’t even give it one star if I could! But thanks to my previous experience and my trust in this clinic, I was fortunately not unsettled
