They mislead the patient before the examination. As a consequence, due to poor preparation, the examination date has to be rescheduled.

I give it five stars – although there were organizational problems, the clinic rose to the challenge and ultimately managed to organize everything properly. I trusted them and I don’t regret it. Invicta has outstanding professionals, I have had the opportunity to see this many times. I managed to get pregnant after the first transfer, I am currently in the 9th week and due to the care and support I was provided with, I decided to move abroad and let them manage my pregnancy. I recommend it because it’s worth it. They are efficient, they are friendly, they are attentive, they are knowledgeable. Thank you!

I don’t recommend it. Especially people from Ukraine. Terrible attitude. Doinya and zero result. Joanna Havel DIDN’T SEE the vaunted doctor!!! Cyst!!??? Or didn’t want to see. I paid a lot of money for tests, spent 4 months, because at each consultation the miracle doctor prescribed additional tests, the results of which you need to wait for. As a result, they screwed up the cytology that I did at the clinic and several more tests. How is it, it’s not just that people turn to such clinics for help, it’s sad that such “doctors” exist.
Turning to another doctor, he discovered uterine dysplasia and a cyst and urgently referred me for surgery.
There is nothing more to write. I don’t recommend Joanna Havel. I do not recommend the clinic. There are boors and chaos at the registration.

“Frustrating Clinic Experience: Referral Mistakes Ruined Our Semen Tests”
Drama at the reception. Semen tests are in the trash because someone wrote in the referral to the Pszemyslaw hotline and a typo in the name, not to mention Chandlowa Street
Two hundred kilometers one way.
Pni (red) compared the referral that she had printed out with her ID card and took the sample. When we returned to the clinic after the call from the lady, the sample expired after about 30 minutes (I didn’t think the lady was so stupid, time flies and the papers can be corrected when we show up in a moment and give the sample back)
Two weeks ago, the same mistakes were made against my husband and no one complained. I don’t recommend it

We highly recommend INVICTA and their team. Dr. Zak is great, knowledgable on all the latest cutting edge IVF technologies and has a wonderful positive demeanor. INVICTA helped us to have our second child after trying at other European clinics. Thank you for everything.

I Appreciate the Caring Staff but Disappointing Privacy in Reception
I rate the reception poorly. No privacy. You can hear everything who comes with what, but the ladies are nice and smiling. The offices are poorly soundproofed, the waiting rooms are narrow, so you can hear conversations from the office despite the music. Due to several procedures, I met many doctors. I rate Dr. Gaweł as exemplary. Angel doctor, very professional and helpful. She has never let me down. I feel very taken care of. Dr. Jakubów did my pick-up, he was very nice and caring. Dr. Krzemieniewska is the same, great approach to the patient, great care in the treatment room. The ladies in the treatment rooms were very helpful and nice. All treatments without complications.

“Frustrated by Poor Organization and Unread Medical Questionnaire at the Clinic”
Organization in the clinic is very poor. Long queues despite a specific appointment time. The doctor didn’t read the medical questionnaire, I don’t know why they asked me to fill it out.

“Frustrating Experience Due to Poor Communication and Organizational Issues”
Organizational drama. No flow of information between the reception and the offices, we had an appointment to collect blood for testing for PLN 1.5,000 at 8:40, they let us into the office at 10 with the information that they would not do this test because the courier had just taken the material. We did not receive any information in advance that we had to do it by 9.30 a.m. to try to get to the office outside the queue, we had to take another day off and travel 50 km again to perform these tests.
