Unfortunately don’t have the option to give negative rating that’s why giving 1 star. Very disappointed with the service and management they don’t bother your time and convenience. Got an appointment for 6:30 PM for ultrasound of my wife during pregnancy, I reached there at 6:20 PM, doctor reached around 7 PM after half an hour and started attending another patient who came after me. When I asked for my number receptionist started doing formalities and asked for aadhar number which I don’t have at that time so I requested them to take the printout from their clinic she refused and asked to get it from outside. Can’t they do a print out for patients convenience? I asked them to start ultrasound when I come back with aadhar copy I saw they didn’t do the ultrasound and was waiting for me . Doctor was continuously attending another patient. What the hell is this? The formalities couldn’t have been completed and ultrasound can be done. It’s only a matter of giving hard copy of aadhar. Won’t recommend to anyone for this clinic. Very poor management and unprofessional behaviour by the receptionist. Moreover they mentioned wrong age of my wife in the report even I asked them to reconfirm the age form Form but still they mentioned wrong age. Pathetic staff and receptionist.

Good experience with doctor

Dr priya varshney is a very experienced doctor. Her approach to tackle the situation very nice. She has very good knowledge and experience. I would highly recommend her to anybody who is looking for a experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy gynaecologist.
