“Disappointed with Expired Tubes and Lack of Flexibility During Blood Draw”
My partner and I went to have a blood draw for some Igenomix tests and they used expired tubes, so the draw was useless. Despite the error, they did not give us time flexibility to make a new extraction. I’m not going to give my details here, but it was Friday, August 2, 2024 at 10:00 a.m.

“My Breast Surgery Experience Disappointed Due to Poor Clinic Conditions”
Unfortunately, my experience at this health center was not what I expected. I had breast surgery and although the procedure itself was necessary, the conditions of the clinic left much to be desired. The cleaning and maintenance of the facilities was not optimal.
I hope they can improve in these aspects so that future patients have a more positive experience.

I’m Áurea. I had a treatment here a long time ago. I’m surprised that this place is still open. They completely scammed me. It occurred to them to give me an embryo on day 2… I wouldn’t have a life span to not return a single euro. You can live with the clear conscience? At least cinnamon and return part of the money. I don’t know how you can sleep peacefully with the atrocities you do. Let there be no God because you are going to have a very bad time.

“Disappointing Experience: Clinic Closure and Embryo Loss Leave Me Frustrated”
When I went to have the transfer done, the clinic was closed, on a Sunday, and the next day the embryo coincidentally died. All strange and super sad. I don’t recommend at all.

“Disrespectful Service Left My Friend Devastated and Stranded”
I speak on behalf of a friend who has been left devastated, promising her that the entire process would be ready before a date and canceling the process a few days before, leaving her completely stranded, she called to see what solution they could have and first they hung her up and then she They have attended and when talking to a girl they have laughed at her for crying about this, when they have said that they are not professionals they have yelled at her and disrespected her, it is shameful that they treat people like that when they have people serving the customer with those behaviors, I work in front of the public and there is never an excuse, and even less so when the fault is the clinic’s, it is simply not recommended just for the treatment of the client
