I recently visited Create Fertility Clinic, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The staff were incredibly supportive and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The team’s positive attitude was evident in every interaction, and they took the time to really listen to my concerns. What stood out most was how understanding they were of our situation, offering thoughtful guidance and care. We highly recommend this clinic for anyone looking for a professional yet compassionate healthcare experience!

Create Fertility cancelled the cycle because they didn’t provide my partner with a high enough dosage, resulting in the medication not working. I think it’s really unfair that we should have to pay for the abandoned scans costing £1000 that were only abandoned through your decision, not ours. Plus then they ask for £750 as a cancellation fee. It seems a bit inhumane that not only has our mental health been toyed with throughout this, but now you’re making us suffer financially with a decision to cancel that you made and that we had no say in. We’re losing out on everything here while you’re gaining, in a field of such stress and worry this has just tipped us over the edge. So nearly £4000 out of pocket for medication and scans. Didn’t even make it to an egg retrieval. Complete money grabbers out here to make money. I wouldn’t recommend go elsewhere

We had a brilliant service at create fertility they were really thoughtfull

My partner and I had tried for several years with no success.
We were eligible for NHS treatment but due to COVID the waiting list was extremely long.
We were looking for as natural a process as possible. So when we read about the mild ivf we knew we wanted to find out more.
From our very first call with Create we felt extremely comfortable and at ease. They explained everything to us and we finally felt like we were getting somewhere after 6 years of trying.
We ended up having Mild IVF with ICSI. The drug schedule wasn’t as daunting as I anticipated and I feel like this went by really quickly. Every visit to the clinic to check our follicles was so exciting and everyone at the clinic is so positive and reassuring. Before we knew it, it was time to collect the eggs.
The egg collection went really well again the doctors explained everything and made me feel relaxed.
The wait to find out how many you’ve got and how many make it was easily the most nervous I’ve ever been. But the embryologists team kept us up to date. Then it was the transfer day the procedure itself was nerve racking but the team as always make you feel relaxed and comfortable.
The 2 week wait for the blood test was by far the longest 2 weeks of my life. Try to stay relaxed but busy and not stress! (Easier said than done)

We will always be forever grateful to the whole team at create Manchester! We were so lucky that it only took one cycle of the mild IVF to make all our dreams come true! Our baby girl is now 3 months old and we can’t imagine life without her.
